We had dragon balls and crab ragoons as appetizers.
I had scallops, they were perfect, veggies and rice. Clear mushroom soup. Hubby had shrimp tempura with fried rice and veggies. Had left overs to take home.

Noriya Ramen Sushi & Boba is phenomenal. I’m not exaggerating when I say this might be my new favorite place to eat in Decatur. Every single thing on the plate tasted fresh, rich, and full of flavor. Even after I was already full, I literally couldn’t stop eating — it was that good.
