We ate an early dinner on Thursday around 4 o'clock. I forgot the waitresses name (I think she was the only one there), but she gave excellent service, was very friendly and efficient. Very nice, hope this one stays open.

Went to pick up my order and stood there for 20 minutes. No one stopped to ask if I needed something. Then my 6 oz steak is more like a two oz steak. I have worked in restaurants for years and I know that a steak with shrink but not that much.

Best O'Charley's experience in a long time. Our local location recently closed. They were good, but the quality had been slipping for a while. This location reminded us of what O'Charley's could be. The food was much tastier and the service was great.

Let me tell you my steak was amazing!!service was outstanding!!my husband had fish and chips that were just ok!!the rolls were fresh and hot and the spinach dip was perfect!!!finished up with amazing lemon pie and chocolate brownie!!!will definitely be back!!hard to get good service and like i said perfect!!!

Went to pick up an order, pulled in to the parking lot and sat there for 30 mins waiting on my food, went inside and it was just sitting on a table getting cold. No one told me that you had to come to the back door to pick up the order. And there were no signs pointing this out.

Bar area could use some major Updates, salmon ? is very good from this restaurant.
The rolls ? were good I had the combo steak and chicken fingers plate. The chicken fingers and honey mustard tasted okay. The steak was like glue meat something just wasn't right with it. My wife had the artichoke dip and she said it was good. O'Charley's you can do better. Try harder ???

Went in to make order to go. Waited about 20 minutes for food. At home began to eat. Got chicken tenders with Mac and cheese, found fries as well. Chicken was tough, couldn't find cheese in Mac, and fries weren't very good. I was disappointed with food from a restaurant I had always received excellent food from.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome with a kid menu, but program of kids eating free is no longer offered.
