Service was excellent. Food tasted good but some of it was cold. It seems to be frozen food they heat up. The Stuffed Chicken Marsala flavors were excellent but it was barely warm and the masked potatoes were cold.

Chicken fettuccine is always good, but most of the time there's a little kid screaming about something. Other than that it was great.

It has been some time since the wife and I ate at an Olive Garden restaurant and we were not let down. Our server, Savannah, was on spot for everything and always tentative to our table. The food not only looked like the picture on the menu - it was delicious!

Food is good, I do enjoy bringing my family here for a nice dinner but the host needs to do a better job communicating with their servers, host did not assign a server to my table for 20 minutes so I had to go ask for one at the main stand. Miller and Windy were great by the way, they apologized for the wait even though it was not their fault and worked quickly to get our orders in !

As an Italian, I can say that it has little to do with my country's cuisine..... Kalamari was barely adequate, pasta with shrimp and scallops, they were overcooked tagliatelle with cream, milk and shrimp and scallops seemed to have been boiled in water..... The espresso coffees, aside from being cold, they probably make 20 espresso coffees with a single ciala, practically dirty water, not even American coffees...... In short, if this is an Italian restaurant.... Forget it..... And another thing, apart from the fact that in Italy you dress the salad yourself as you like and they don't drown it in vinegar like the one they brought me..... It was so cold that it was inedible, in short, a hamburger is better, at least you don't throw 55 dollars in the bathroom...

We waited way too long for salad that we could have been eating while waiting for main course. When the server came she she brought the the food. We asked for dressing on the side and it was not brought because the waitress said there was not room on the tray and said she'd be right back with it. That was not true. There was room on the tray because she and another server brought 2 trays together for 2 tables with salad and breadsticks. The dressing was in a small cylinder type pitcher and no way there was not room on one of the trays. She continued to pass our table with no dressing to wait on a new table that just got there. They got drinks & salad before we got salad dressing. Terrible server. She asked a couple of times if we needed anything and had to tell her what we needed. She was not engaged. she is the type that just wants to wait on you, give food and be done. the only time she recognized what we needed was when I obviously put my empty water glass on the edge of the table. Ding, ding, ding..... it was not hard to figure that out but I guess everything else was. Other servers here have been on top of it and brought you refills or offered you refills, at lest, without asking. We got a to-go dinner and salad to go. She did not bring a bag to pack it all nor offer to-go dressings nor brought us the little after dinner mints. Servers need to be consistent. we won't be back for a while or go the another Olive Garden. we do not live in Decatur, so no problem to go elsewhere.

Service has gone down hill a few of the servers were rude and one new Manager was curt. Don't like her attitude. Her name was Kim. The other Managers have always been nice and Respectful making me feel welcome. This Kim, however, was very judgemental and seemed self-obsorbed. If she is no longer there I will start coming to the restaurant. As of now....You have lost a customer.

Waited 15 minutes before seated, drinks never refiled, and our server never checked on us. The food was OK. it felt like we were rushed out and barely taken care of. Got put into the corner in a booth and never hared bearly anything from anyone. The cook took care of us better than the actual server did. Felt like everyone was judging us for what we were wearing. It's a bit petty, but it felt like we were being rushed more than anything.
