Today Jan 4 around 4:20 I went to get a bowl. While I was eating I felt a hair in my mouth, took it out and it was a red hair from inside the bowl. It was nasty Btw my hair is black and long.

Today came in to order food at lunch girl that was fixing plate had a bad attitude she was touching her hair then trying to fix food when asked to please wash hands or gloves she was really smart her name was AMBER we will never eat here.

My wife and I stopped at the Decatur Panda Express yesterday to eat dinner. We had to both use the bathroom when we got there. Someone had peed all over the toilet seat in the men's room. While I was in the lobby waiting on my wife, I looked around to find us a table to sit at. Every table was nasty. There was only 1 other person dining in at that time, so it wasn't swamped with customers inside. There was a bucket of water with rags on it sitting next to the drink station as well. I told my wife that we were not going to eat there. If the lobby area looked like that, I can imagine what the kitchen area looked like. We immediately left.

Positives: I love the honey walnut shrimp - Justin R. was the server/cashier and he was super nice! He really wanted us to have what we wanted! but I have some negative things to add to my visit .. firstly it's already $11.30 for the large plate with three entrees but I had no idea that the honey walnut shrimp was a $1.50 up charge and I got 2 portions! They should tell you that. We wound up paying $35 for two plates and two drinks! Not just that but the fried rice did not taste like it had been fried at all. It tasted like white rice that had been tossed around with peas and carrots and that's it..... Avoid the "fried rice" at all cost! All and all the food is not that great - the service is great, just a little pricey due to all the up charges! I do like the size of their large cups though. And I would prefer to not have to ask for chopsticks and soy sauce and other sauces, I wish it was just out for us to get.
The honey sesame chicken is great but, I got an Al a carte box and it was LITTERALLY all green beans and bell pepper, and 10 pieces of chicken.

Frankly, it's one of the best PE locations I've been to. I'm not usually a huge fan, but this was delicious. The food was hot and fresh, the restaurant was clean and the service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend it. The new teriyaki grilled chicken is delicious.

Arrived at 1009 am, doors locked. Employee arrived at 1011, let us in. No food was out but some employees were working on it. Another employee, who appeared as if he just woke up, arrived at 1017. At 1026 we finally left as only chow mein was available. As a former & long time corporate manager I would wish to know a business lost revenue because of poor employee performance so I could take appropriate actions.
