Foods is always great but i’ve witnessed how the people in the front either work slow or just stand around while the people in the back making the food are constantly running and it seems unfair to me also seeing the way the manager has talked to his cooks while there are customers in the lobby that’s disrespectful and uncomfortable for the customers and other workers. seems unprofessional coming from a manager, when clearly the cooks are doing a million things at once and the people serving stand around when there isn’t a line , there should be more teamwork and equality oh and they dont be looking like they got a hair net under hats while serving food

This Panda Express Location is the worst I've ever been to in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee or Florida. It's like the people that work at this one in Decatur, AL HATE customers. For a place that the food is made already and they just have to slap it in containers it's insane that they can't even do that properly. I've had orders where the small box was only HALF full for every box and I ordered 2-4 small boxes. If you have ever got something from Panda you know the small is hardly even a full spoon full. The worst part is I would order 3-6 small boxes and fried rice and ask for 10 soy sauce and 1-2 chili or other sauce and they would give me ZERO SOY and 5 sauces that I didn't even order. I can only guess that this is pure contempt for the customers as they will never get the sauces you want correct and it's not hard to give someone 7 soy sauces when they spent over $75 on food. This location needs to close and rehire all new employees. Preferably ones that can speak and read instructions.

The menu change to drop Sweet Fire chicken is unpleasant. There is not much of an additional option in its place.
Store was not clean. Cashier was decent, but several of the line workers were not nice to each other or customers.

Drive through times are absolutely ridiculous. If you place a mobile order if there is even one person in the line ahead of you go inside otherwise you’ll be in line for way too long. Food is great though but not good enough to wait half an hour in the drive through.

I don’t know how you all do things but keeping your customers waiting seems ridiculous. Person two cars in front of me was shaking hands and I guess reminiscing with people they know at the window, all I know is it took at least 30 minutes for that car to pull off and when I FINALLY got to the window they tried to give me half my order, I guess since I didn’t know the people there like the car two cars ahead of me my order wasn’t important, it’s ridiculous and I won’t be coming back. You all need to reevaluate things is all I’m saying but it really doesn’t matter to me cause I won’t be back
The wait times at the drive thru are astronomically long. The chow mein contains more veggies than noodles, almost at a 70/30 split. I like this place, but like all corporate restaurants, they skimp on things.

Drive thru associate was rude, rude and rude and for what it seems hard of hearing. His attitude was horrible. I got double chicken and the pieces were so small, you had to dig to find any. I will not go back to this location, I will stick with Cullman.

I come here all the time at 8:30pm and they don’t close until 9:30pm but they stop making new food at 8. Like why not just close then? Bc then you get stuck in the line like I am now with all these other cars who aren’t ordering food either bc they only have 1 thing left.

I placed a catering order for over 30 people at this location and had to make numerous changes to my order. Megan answered the phone quickly each time I called and was SO accommodating and helpful. I have never had an issue when ordering here and will continue to order because of their great customer service!
