About 2 years ago this location was pretty good. I tried to give it another chance here, but that didn’t work. The last couple of times I’ve ate here, I just been given anything, like there’s no effort anymore with the food. This location also needs better workers on night shift.

They used to be good but last few visits they just throw whatever they feel like giving you in a bowl. Sometimes folks get orders wrong but you can't send a bowl of just barely cooked broccoli out and not notice it's missing the beef and rice lol

We went in drive thru and told us pull around and it will be 10 min they say and we were there over 30 min waiting on teriyaki chicken and when we got home the chicken was undercooked and bloody. They need to get the kids they have to work more and less messing around.

Inside was closed on Sunday but the staff was very nice. I was on foot so I ordered from the window. Food was fresh so no complaints here. Five stars hands down.

If you have children, specifically in diapers, do not stop here. They have no changing table for infants. I can’t believe we are in the year 2023 and a huge franchise like Panda Express doesn’t have a changing table. Obviously the owner has never changed a diaper of the code brown variety in the seat of a vehicle. All that to say, the food was fine.

Honestly 3 stars is pushing it. I went through the drive through ordered a plate and a bowl. They told me one of my items would be a wait, I stated it was fine, and pulled out to the front like I was told. Waited over 20 minutes all because they lost my ticket...and when I finally got my food, I was missing an item. Granted they gave me something free small entree. But it's still very unacceptable.

Good location on busy belt line in decatur. Plenty of items to choose. Steak and shrimp items adding $1.25 each to the total. Food tasty and good portion for dinner.
