I want to give a huge shoutout to BriJones and Ananna at Pizza Hut! Their customer service was absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, they took their time with us, made sure everything was correct, and gave us constant reassurance. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

Worst service ever. The two Caucasian ladies in the drive thru were terrible. Customer service was terrible. Yelling at the customer over some sauce. Then I requested pickle ranch sauce and the older lady just gave me whatever sauce she wanted like I wasn’t going to look. Overall I was left feeling not valued as a customer. If y’all were having a bad day do not take it out on the customers. Go apply at another job and stop catching an attitude with people.

Went through and just got an order of breadsticks. Something has definitely changed in their recipe. These use to be the absolute best, but they were average at best. Food was hot and fresh. No complaints there. Service was great. But the taste was off. More bland than in the past

Pizza Hut on the Beltline definitely deserves 5 stars! As a childcare provider we typically have pizza to go along with celebrations . Today we had a very special mom who donated pizzas to our center and the pizzas were very fresh , hot , and delicious. The children and staff enjoyed a delicious lunch today . I highly recommend
Was told 30 minutes om my order and when I get there they haven't even put it in the oven was then told rudely to drive around until it's done

To say Manager Bri is good at her job would be a mega understatement. She's cool under pressure and goes above and beyond to make situations right for her customers. I had a situation where I was accidentally given the wrong price for my order by a new hire. Bri quickly stepped up and made sure the problem was correct on my end without dehumanizing the newly hired employee. Thats amazing! She didnt throw her under the bus. She showed her how to correctly do it in the future without anger or frustration. She made sure I was satisfied with how it sorted out. Shes an example of what responsible leadership should look like. If she doesn't own this store, then she should. Watch Manager Bri and she'll show customer service the right way to train someone respectfully as well as making sure you have happy customers who will continue to visit your establishments. Great job Manager Bri!
