I have eaten at the location in Priceville 5 or 6 times since January. The food has been great each and every time. Tonight my server was Betsy and I couldn’t ask for better service. Consistency is spoiling me here. Thank you Serranos

My husband and I are here for the first time tonight and had an amazing experience. The staff was very friendly from the moment we walked in. We ordered the cheese dip, street tacos, and burrito. Everything came out really quick and it was delicious. Priceville is lucky to have a restaraunt like this here.

I recently placed a pickup order from this establishment. Although the order was not ready after 20 minutes — which I was willing to overlook — I was disappointed when I requested water with a slice of lemon and was informed there would be an additional charge for a single piece of lemon.

More concerning, however, was observing what appeared to be an owner or manager speaking disrespectfully to staff members. As a Hispanic customer who values and prioritizes supporting small businesses, it was disheartening to witness employees being treated poorly within their own workplace. This behavior reflects negatively on the business and ultimately left a very unfavorable impression.

I hope Serranos takes this feedback seriously and strives to foster a more respectful and professional environment moving forward.

10/10 Amazing best Mexican food I’ve ever had.

I've lived in Decatur for 9 years, and in the last year... I've found the best tamales in the area... I wish I'd known earlier... They are delicious and such a great presentation... Thank you

The food here is amazing. The staff is so nice, and the portions for what you pay are great. I’m not a huge fan of the queso, but everything else is delicious. I recently got it to go and they even gave me extra bags of chips for my dips.

Girl didnt understand me. A guy apologized then stated she is new... should I know Spanish or should you know English? Either way communication is key.

Some unique flare to menu items. Maybe heavy on cilantro or a spice u can't quite put your finger on.

I just love Mexican food that is spicy but not overly hot and had a diverse range of flavors.

Excellent, amazing authentic Mexican food and beverages. Service is excellent, too. We now go nearly every week and try something new each time. It's always a delicious experience. Go..try..and fall in love too!

Yummy yummy yummmy!!! I ordered the arrocito corazon with queso on top and wow, very good. Small bar, lots to Togo food at 5 pm, but friendly staff and great recommendations. Food came up quick. I'll be back!
