Maybe it's just me. But if I don't clean the entire bone of the wing section, then the wings are not good. I found that the top of the drumette on these wings were extremely hard to chew. I couldn't even bite into it. Therefore, I'm not sure if I'll ever return to Smoky Cs. Or maybe I'll try something else of theirs, before I make such a decision. And that's my take on their Smoked Wings.

Very popular local spot for bbq. Ribs are very popular but my favorite was the pulled pork sandwich. The bbq and white sauce are the best I’ve ever had.
