Ordered food on x mas eve and the young girl taking my order was very very rude. I didn't say anything because i didn't want something done to my food. Did not receive all of my items so I had to wait longer for my food. Did not get any sauces as well. I should have went to the location on 6th Ave once I realized the poor customer service. Pissed off because i spent 30 bucks on crappy food for me and my family. Won't ever eat there again in my life. Thank you poor customer service you just lost another customer.

Got two drinks & two slushies. I placed it through the mobile app, it came out very quickly but when I checked my drinks one of my drinks were wrong .. no biggie right? Right. Well I just politely let them know that my drink is messed up. They told me someone will be out to take a look. I am still currently sitting 45 minutes later , just for someone to even come out. While 3 employees are caught up in petty drama arguing. This is so so unprofessional. The lady next to me already canceled her order because of all the drama going on in the parking lot. Keep in mind there’s like maybe 4 cars here. Sonic, do better. Update: a sweet girl named Jess came and helped us! You can tell she was trying to work hard through out all the chaos. Thankyou Jess!

Not sure what to say. Disappointed is an understatement. Forgot our drinks, burgers were ice cold and when we did get the drinks, my Dr Pepper was almost pure carbonation. When the Dr pepper comes out looking like Sprite it's a clear sign you're out of syrup. Definitely not worth $30

Also ordered a cheese burger. Yet they put the cheese on the bottom of the burger instead of the top. Not sure what the hell was going on with them. Told them we didn't want the cheese with pretzels and they gave it to us anyways.

Do not eat (or, in my case, attempt to eat) at this Sonic location.
I have been here twice with about a year between visits, and both times, they couldn't even get my drink order correct.
The staff (including the "manager") are all apathetic teenagers who barely know what they're doing. My most recent visit was a complete disaster. I placed two orders via the mobile app. The first order was originally delivered to the wrong stall and contained an incorrect drink order. The second order was for a sundae, which the carhop informed me they were not able to make. Every other Sonic location I've been to somehow informs the online ordering system when they are out of or unable to make a particular item so that you can't order it. Both an employee and manager at this location claimed they had no way to do it, but I've seen it done at two other locations. I had to call their India-based call center and deal with that to get my refund, which, thankfully, was granted after I had to read off every detail on the receipt -- the restaurant had no way to refund the order.
There are plenty of other Sonics in North Alabama that do not have these problems -- avoid this one.

I had to ask for the status on my order as the screen had said it was on its way out. 20+ minutes after my card was charged, and I checked, I received my order. I had only ordered a small shake and a large slush. My shake had been sitting as it was melted, and the cherry had sunk to the bottom. I had prepaid the tip. I won't do that again . They are usually very good, so maybe just an off time. No worries, as I'll be back. Have a great day, and thank you for all you do.
