DO NOT EAT AT THIS SONIC! They left out half of my food and refused to make it right because it was 11:59p. The manager refused to give me my money back or my food. She even refused to give me her name and hung up on me. If it were up to me she wouldn't have a job tomorrow. This restaurant would benefit from customer service training.

I came out tonight to try the new double bacon smasher and the food was fresh and hot and the tots were well salted. customer service was definitely five out of five stars.

Lord help these people sometimes you get good food sometimes you don't wish the man that ran it years ago was there kept the workers doing what was right.
The food was cold as hell!!! Didnt get the order right at all! Drinks was nasty as hell! I'm pissed! Not just one item of food messed up but the whole order!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal w/ tots and coco berry cream drink. Also a Coney footlong with onions w/ tots and Strawberry limeade w/ lemons.

Ordered a no. 9 footlong with chilu, cheese and onions. When I got home it did not have onions that I ordered. Also when you get a combo it is to come with fries and a drink. They put the separate order of chili cheese fries on the combo. I was ordering one large chili cheese fry and a combo with regular fries.i was told next to before specific when ordering.
