Went to this Starbucks and it no longer exists. Went inside target to see if it was in there, nope. Please don’t go here, it’s no longer existing!
Enjoyed the lavender Frappe treat.
The place was nice but the person taking the order was okay I order a strawberry frappe with Java chips and asked for cookie crumble in top but they way they sounded made it sound like a hassle and when I did get the drink at the bottom of my cup there was tons of strawberry purée that’s all I tasted then more of the actual drink I tried mixing it more but I feel like because there was so much purée I couldn’t taste the drink. But I will say they did a nice job of adding whip cream. But the rest was kinda of a buzz kill :(

These girls here at this Starbucks were outstanding. We got in just after closing, and believe me, we had a day. We politely asked to give us some Starbucks, and even though they didn’t have to, they went above and beyond. Most of all, they did it all with a smile and made us feel like we were family. It was some of the best customer service I have ever had. Thanks ladies!

I've been in there atleast twice last week and the heavier set guy is not friendly at all I went and ordered my drink he was throwing the used sharpie into the garbage and looked so mad I was waiting to finish my order but instead he just told the 2 ladies laughing and giggling to add pumpkin cold foam to my coffee. for almost 9$ and my drink to taste like crap and shitty customer service I won't be back I'll stick with 7 brew.

Finally after 1 year of living in Decatur and the line isn’t around the building. Decide to go inside and order drinks, 30 minutes later still waiting on drinks while the 2 customers who paid in line after us have their drinks and are out the door. Only explanation we got was I’m not sure but we’re working on it….. still not working on our drinks… horrible customer service
I can see why people don’t like the big guy. He’s okay with me. But I had a terrible experience with the target lady, Samantha, who was there helping. She was very rude and was ready to tell me “no” at every given chance. I couldn’t use my scan and pay. Apparently, they don’t do that there. But most importantly, she wouldn’t let me use my reusable cup, that I bought for $25 for a reason. She had to have it made in a plastic cup for me to pour into my reusable cup and then throw away the disposable myself. Tell me where that makes sense. I will not be back at that Starbucks or Target.

The atmosphere is currently not what I love. Target ripped out the cafe when they started the drive up order service. This is a corporate decision and can't really be helped. I'm sure they will get an upgrade like the Huntsville locations did. For now it's a great grab and go location.The food and service here are absolutely wonderful. The crew is so creative and they will fix you some of the most delightful drinks. Even if it sounds completely crazy give their concoctions a chance.I cannot say enough about the staff that works here. These are good folks that deserve every bit of praise.
Dietary restrictions: They do keep a healthy supply of milk alternatives. The truck sometimes runs with a little less oat milk than they need but that's a supply issue that cannot currently be helped.I don't know if they have any gluten free pastries.

Was not offered a receipt, at the window, did not get my order confirmed or read back to me, order was also made incorrectly & when asked for a remake it was even worse than the first time. Starbucks is going downhill bad and to be paying almost $10 for a drink you’d think they would at least do it right. Honestly super disappointed every time I go. :( I used to be a barista and I can’t even enjoy a drink after not working there anymore and not being able to make it myself. Pretty unacceptable IMO. It seems like they don’t even follow standard recipes & serve bad shots.
