I used to love stopping thru here. However, the last time I did I had a mobile pickup order to be obtained inside and they had the door locked. So then, myself and a handful of others who had walk up orders had to wait in that trap of a drive thru. Then there was how rude and off putting the guy at the window was. Why allow mobile inside pick up orders and then lock the dining room? Makes a lot of sense…

I have ordered at this location several times on the app for a walk in pick up and upon arrival discover they are closed to foot traffic. Last visit I was trapped in the drive thru for 25 minutes.

Get my coffee here every morning, and everyone is so nice, sometimes I mobile order but on days I forget it’s just as quick! I order my peppermint latte hot everyday. And every time it’s hot and perfectly tasting every time. Me and my fiancé love this Starbucks!

Well I am starbucks coffee lover. Usually I get Chai tea late. I live in Nashville but I go to Decatur AL every week because of my job, so I get my coffee from this specific location because it is the closest I have, so thier customer service is horrible and very ignorant, they really don't care about thier customers, this is my second encounter with this specific location, and went horrible. This is going to be my last.

The hrs sats they close at 9:30 and this is happened three times when we come by here at nine you’re already gone. I ordered on the app by the time I got here at 8:50 the employees were already gone.
