I want to say thank you to the staff Starbucks for helping me today I went to the drive-thru around 11:30 and the lady in the Drive-Thru helped me so much I got a pink drink and two pup cups and my dogs accidentally knocked over my drink and spilled it all in my car I went back and the lady gave me a new drink and some towels to clean up my car I will forever go to the Starbucks on the beltline here in Decatur thank you I love all y'all so much

I ordered the same drink I had before — last time they added extra matcha no problem. Today, even after I showed a photo and asked clearly, they made it wrong. I offered to pay extra, but they still refused to fix it.

It was raining and I still came back, but left feeling ignored and frustrated. Very unprofessional.

I used to love stopping thru here. However, the last time I did I had a mobile pickup order to be obtained inside and they had the door locked. So then, myself and a handful of others who had walk up orders had to wait in that trap of a drive thru. Then there was how rude and off putting the guy at the window was. Why allow mobile inside pick up orders and then lock the dining room? Makes a lot of sense…

I have ordered at this location several times on the app for a walk in pick up and upon arrival discover they are closed to foot traffic. Last visit I was trapped in the drive thru for 25 minutes.
