When trying to get a doordash order twice this week,they shouted each time that they're closed when they aren't supposed to close until 10.Very rude staff.Just save yourself the hassle and go next door.

I've came to this location since I was 21 years old im 32 now. Today's experience was the worst I've ever had by far. Staff fails to communicate with the customers. The toy machine is broken, the people in line behind us order was forgotten about. Way overpriced. Not worth another visit!

I ordered from the kiosk, and somehow I got mustard on my steak dog. I ate it, but I did not enjoy it. I was in a hurry, so I had no time to take it back and wait for another. I also got a shake,but I think the whip cream was curdled. Halfway through I mixed it in and got tired of drinking lumps so I didn’t finish that.

I always go through drive through to get something to eat on my way in to work. The burgers are the best. Better than any I have had at other places in Decatur. If it's just a shake I'm wanting I try to go during Happy Hour (2-4) when their shakes are half price. You can't go wrong with a plain strawberry shake but try one of their designer shakes. The Oreo cookies and cream and Reese's peanut butter and chocolate shakes are awesome. I have not met an employee there that wasn't nice.

Wayy to many issues to mention in this 'review" but my order was not correct and the service was beyond horrible. So many issues, like not gettin charged correctly and not getting the correct food. And apparently if you order chili cheese fries you get the fries, a very small spoon of chili(on the side) and small little spoon of cheese in a cup to put together yourself at home with your own dishes so hopefully u aren't traveling. The icing on the cake was the manager (stated on her name tag) arguing with me and cursing at me. Won't be back.

The customer service was great. My husband had dropped his burger placing it on the table. It wasn’t a big deal, it was barely messed up. The worker serving insisted on making him another, even after my husband assured him it was okay. You don’t always see that kind of service now a days.

I was there to pick up a doordash order oh my God it reeked as you walk in the door every single Steak and Shake has that same smell of stink as you walk in the door and everything is greasy you can see smears of Grease fingerprints Galore everywhere with all the excess Grease the two employees that were cooking didn't know what the hell order they're trying to make me personally I would never eat at Steak and Shake and it's ridiculous that there's a steak and shake right next to Freddy's so literally the same food right next door to each other
