I ordered the sirloin tips and they were fine. I ordered a bone waited an extra 20 mins for them to unthaw it and it was extremely over cooked. Ordered medium rare it’s closer to well done.

The Decatur online ordering system doesn't deserve a rating. Ordered a pickup and when arriving 35 minutes later the Decatur store was clueless about my online order. I wasn't going to wait because of their online order failure. I double checked my order and it DID go to the Decatur store. I'm just glad I didn't order a delivery or I would still be waiting on them.

I moved two years ago to a place that does not have a steakout nearby. Yesterday I decided to call in an order in Decatur AL and pick it up on my way home. I was so excited as I LOVE steakout. There were two workers in the store and they both were nice enough, no problem there. I ordered two cheeseburgers med well sub chips for loaded potato and two half cut teas. I got my order and loaded it up in the car. I took a drink of my tea and it was not good and thought I hope this isn't going to be a bad order...got home opened the container with cheeseburger and potato. First of all the potato was really small. I wish I had know as I would have cooked one at home and saved the extra money. I fixed my cheeseburger with condiments, etc and took a bite and was sadly disappointed. It did not taste like Steakout at all. I wish I had read the reviews first but I didn't and unfortunately I will not go back as it was not good.
