I have ordered on the app 2 different times now and picked up my order the first time and left and found out it wasn't even my sandwich in the bag. Second time I just walk in to pick up my sandwich and I get a bowl in a bag. Then I have to wait 10 mins to have my sandwich made and they only offer me what I already paid for besides some cookies which I dont even eat cookies. What's the point in having the app to pick up if you still have to wait and waste more time anyways

This is the most terrible service I have ever had. They will not answer the phone. The drive through is always closed. When you go in they don't even want to get off of their phone long enough to take your order.i will go to the store across town from now on. đ€Ź

Why does subway send coupons to me, to MY MAILBOX IN DECATUR, if none of the 3 subways in decatur take coupons? The one on 6th Ave "takes coupons" but none for footlongs, steak or chicken, so basically none.

Each time I've visited this location they've always had plenty of help behind the counter. That's great, because they get some long lines! I think the word is out that this is the location to go to.I always get different sandwiches and I'm never disappointed. The servers are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate the way they accommodate my "need" to have mayo on the bread first (I know, it's not the way they do things, but they do it for me). I appreciate getting good value for my money and I get it here.The tables and floors are generally very clean; maybe a crumb or two here or there, but nothing messy or trashy. Even the soda fountain works well and the Coke tastes like Coke (not watered down "cola"). A+!

My mother and I frequent this location whenever Iâm home. This place used to be very good but now is doing quite poorly, which can be attributed to management.There were only two employees present tonight, high school boys. They did an exceptional job with taking orders and the sandwich making. While they were making our orders I noticed that there are several ring cameras throughout the front of house. Four cameras in total, the light constantly indicating that they were being watched remotely. The light from these cameras were obnoxious. Where is their manager, why are they being watched so closely? Why does the environment feel so unsafe?The dining area was also closed off (Chairs on top of tables) and the drive thru was âclosed temporarilyâ (itâs always closed).Hostile atmosphere, the workers seemed very uncomfortable.Needs better management. Usually don't write reviews but don't want anyone else to make the same mistakes. I ordered delivery and live really close by, (less than a mile) on the mobile app. First the food says it was delivered and I didn't have anything, so I called there to see and they said it was still on the counter and they didn't have anyone to deliver it yet, so I said I would come grab it so it didnt get cold, and could they take off the tip and delivery fees and charges, they said no. Husband went to pick it up and they said someone took it to be delivered, after I told them we were gonna pick it up and they confirmed. Then when it was delivered finally, it was cold and even the chicken inside seemed like it wasn't toasted at all, secondly my husband got a footlong and it was a 6 inch when delivered. So 30 dollars for 2 subs that took over an hour and were both made poorly. The communication I think was the worst part.* also I didn't order through Doordash but that's who delivered it, and she was great * just wish they provided a way for me to communicate with her.

I went to Subway in Walmart on spring avenue in Decatur,. First of all the man was very very rude and I told him that I would never be back to his establishment again and he charged me $10 for a 6 inch sub. I didn't realize it was going to be that much until after he already made the sandwich it was just chicken and bacon only no other thing was on it and he charged me $10 for that and I cannot understand why he charged me so much for a small sandwich.
