Terrible service from “manager” Michael Swopes, who appeared to be all of 16.. Rude, discourteous , and should never be in any form of customer service. Never come to this location and certainly won’t in the future. I hope the franchise owner takes inventory of his stag because looking at other reviews, it appears that customer service is a major issue at this location.

I have ordered on the app 2 different times now and picked up my order the first time and left and found out it wasn't even my sandwich in the bag. Second time I just walk in to pick up my sandwich and I get a bowl in a bag. Then I have to wait 10 mins to have my sandwich made and they only offer me what I already paid for besides some cookies which I dont even eat cookies. What's the point in having the app to pick up if you still have to wait and waste more time anyways

This is the most terrible service I have ever had. They will not answer the phone. The drive through is always closed. When you go in they don't even want to get off of their phone long enough to take your order.i will go to the store across town from now on. 🤬

Why does subway send coupons to me, to MY MAILBOX IN DECATUR, if none of the 3 subways in decatur take coupons? The one on 6th Ave "takes coupons" but none for footlongs, steak or chicken, so basically none.

Each time I've visited this location they've always had plenty of help behind the counter. That's great, because they get some long lines! I think the word is out that this is the location to go to.I always get different sandwiches and I'm never disappointed. The servers are friendly, prompt, and thorough. I appreciate the way they accommodate my "need" to have mayo on the bread first (I know, it's not the way they do things, but they do it for me). I appreciate getting good value for my money and I get it here.The tables and floors are generally very clean; maybe a crumb or two here or there, but nothing messy or trashy. Even the soda fountain works well and the Coke tastes like Coke (not watered down "cola"). A+!

My mother and I frequent this location whenever I’m home. This place used to be very good but now is doing quite poorly, which can be attributed to management.There were only two employees present tonight, high school boys. They did an exceptional job with taking orders and the sandwich making. While they were making our orders I noticed that there are several ring cameras throughout the front of house. Four cameras in total, the light constantly indicating that they were being watched remotely. The light from these cameras were obnoxious. Where is their manager, why are they being watched so closely? Why does the environment feel so unsafe?The dining area was also closed off (Chairs on top of tables) and the drive thru was “closed temporarily” (it’s always closed).Hostile atmosphere, the workers seemed very uncomfortable.Needs better management. Hostile atmosphere.

Came in to pick up a order and the workers was outside I waited 7 min with them giggling and smoking before I finally went outside to ask for help and they both came in laughing with attitude and I said I had a pick up they said oh it’s not ready we ain’t even printed them out yet and this was at 4;55 and the order was to be picked up at 4:56 pm I will never come to this subway again ever!!!!!

They school students that work evening shifts are absolutely the best ever, I would like to give a shout out to a young man I belive his name is Camden and a young lady I belive her name is Layne, every time I go in and they are there service is awesome and they always make my sandwiches just as I ask.
