wy 20 was so rude the subs was so messy they were hateful not smiling
Ever since the staff changed to those middle eastern boys every sandwich I’ve gotten is WRONG unless I go in a WATCH THEM MAKE IT. This has no racial intent, I literally mean that they used to have a very diverse staff there and now it is three middle eastern men who makes THE SAME MULTIPLE MISTAKES. I’m not even getting anything complex. Go back to the off staff, this staff sucks and it’s been this way for weeks.

Yum - I got the Boss sub. I have never had that one before it was so good I want to get another 12 inch. This sandwich was made with love because it was hot fresh and neatly prepared and I'd say professionally wrapped. Thank yall

We have been more and more disappointed with this location over the past year. Servers are unfriendly. Often out of food. Like tonight. No ham or turkey. But the final straw was that they were actually cleaning the inside of the store at 7pm, 2 hours before closing time. The cleaner smell was overwhelming. The food containers were open while they were using the cleaning solution. All the chairs were up on the tables. Very unwelcoming to customers. Cleaning should never be done before closing hours.
We didn't order.
We won't be back.

Respectfully, I’ve been patronizing this restaurant for years . I have had good experiences in the past with the food and employees but lately it’s been this same lady who is just not fit for her job serving the public. I’m not sure her name but she is a middle aged lady(40-50’s) , skinny, dirty blonde hair that is clipped up, she usually has on knee /low thigh shorts with her subway uniform.
She is not up to par with her customer service skills, she openly bashes customers for ordering certain things on their sandwiches. Her remarks , her little chuckle, her face expressions are not needed when serving a paying customer . I’m not understanding how it hurts or concerns her what I am ordering on my sandwich if I’m using MY HARD EARNED MONEY to pay for it . I know I may be “blowing it out of proportion “ but this has really affected me negatively to the point where I got emotional. I already suffer with “social anxiety and depression “ her remarks were not needed and for this I will protect my peace and just will not patronize this location anymore . I have no respect for people who are ugly to people just because of their preferences. She embarrassed me in front of my husband and other customers . I hope she continues to have the day that she DESERVES. A friendly reminder that it costs $0.00 to be kind .

If you want to be publicly humiliated by a certain worker here then PLEASE EAT HERE …. Rude staff, have no respect for customers. I will not eat at this location again.
This is my first time getting subway since we have been in this city. We were waited on by a young lady who I think name was Shaniya or a similar name —I didn’t get to write it down so I’m guessing here— and it was on 07-12-2024 around 6pm- 6:30. She was very patient with my husband, who may I add, tends to speak low when he is talking. She never once seemed agitated or annoyed. I wanted to leave her a large tip but I was not paying attention to my order and realized my ticket was under $10. So instead of doing a personalized tip I just hit 20%. Her tip was not nearly enough to me and I will probably stop by and give her another tip this week if she’s at work.
A worker who has patience in the fast food industry is refreshing and a lot of times unseen. I just wanted to say to that young lady that often times customer service plays a major role on your decision to return. I will also add that the food was delicious.

Little older lady before me wanted to use a coupon but it was expired. I asked if I could use my coupon for hers and mine and they said no. After the lady paid full price for hers... They then inform me I can't use it for mine either. They said it was one of their signature sandwiches and not one I "built from scratch"..... I didn't order off the menu. I told them everything I wanted but they still told me I couldn't use it right after the lady paid for hers so neither of us could benefit. They were rude as hell about it all too. I'll never go here again.

I want in today 6/8/24 I order went to pay I gave a coupon lady said they don’t take coupons I asked where sign was that said that she said corporate won’t let up put up signs I asked for store number she said she don’t know it I asked for corporate number she also said she don’t have it to look in up online Danville to location in Decatur labor 3:05 pm

The manager who said her name was Renee (blonde haired older white lady) that works here has terrible people skills and doesn’t need to work with the public if she’s going to have a bad attitude.
This subway has always made it a point to make sure every customer has an amazing experience. The workers and owner are hard working people. I recommend eating at this establishment.

One star only due to the fact that they stopped accepting coupons. I can't afford to pay $25 for 2 sandwiches, so until they start accepting coupons again, they lost my business.
