We ordered 2 sandwiches and didn't get asked if it was a 6 inch or a footlong... I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, and jalapeños on the side. This was her idea of on the side

Don't stop here if you're hungry. Is there a zero star option? After waiting for about five minutes, the lady behind the counter tells me that she going to finish making the sandwich for the customer in front of me, then she's going on break. She said she's the only one there and she's going to take her 10 minute break. So I went somewhere else to eat and the employees there were talking about how she's always on break and won't make food for them, either.

I actually had a great experience with this Subway pilot! The sandwich was fresh, the bread was soft. The staff was friendly too! They asked how my day was, and didn’t rush me while I stood there debating between sweet onion and chipotle southwest for an embarrassing amount of time. 😅 Everything came out exactly how I ordered, and somehow it even looked like the pictures (which never happens). The place was clean and I had a good a great conversation with both the ladies working. Maybe I just got lucky, but I really don’t know why everyone else had a bad time. I’d definitely go back!

I asked for 6 inch veggie patty(had no veggie patty) but the guy charged me for foot long then i asked him that you charged me for foot long... he didn't apologize may be he knew what he was doing... it happened june 10 2025 at 3:05 pm

I was a subway employee for many many years. I know it sucks, but the young boys working 2/15/25 @ 4:00 need to be retrained. The bread was rock hard. See photo. I could not eat the bottom half. The new kid quite literally has no idea how to assemble a sandwich or he just simply didn’t give a crap. I asked for gloves so that I could fix the disaster I was handed. Gross. Do better.

Waited in line only to be told the only person working was going on break for an hour when it was my turn to order. At 1pm, when a lot of people eat lunch, at a truck stop, where I sure as hell won’t be in an hour
