Taco Bell will be the last Mexican restaurant so I'm glad I like it.over the years they have change their menu around if you haven't been there while give them a chance

Ordered 4 soft tacos with no lettuce and got 4 wet tacos with no lettuce...you could have thrown it against the wall and it would have stuck...yall better be glad them fries was on point though...need to quit playin and step yalls game up

First they couldn't find my drive thru order so I had to go in. Then they were out of Baja blast and forgot my potatoes. All the rest of the food in my "veggie box" had meat on it, that's UNACCEPTABLE. I am a vegetarian so now I have nothing to eat.

I went in today (Monday, December 9, 2024, c. 2:00 pm). Walked right by a table where a manager was having meeting with two employees. They looked right at me and ignored me. I waited five minutes at the counter without seeing any employees working in the back, so I finally left. Unbelievable.

I went through the drive thru at 9:15 and told them I wanted a party pack of soft tacos. I get home they are crunchy I call to have them replaced to get my soft ones went back up there and they gave me 12 more crunchy tacos. 0 out of 10 do not recommend this location.
