Order chicken powder bowl with extra lettuce for. 50 and less rice. As for the chicken, where is the meat! I think I got maybe 4 tiny chicken from what I count.
Plus no email receipt.

I just spent 20.00 and half of my order is missing (2 Dorito tacos). Called the store 3 times, no answer and wasn’t given a receipt. I can’t even get a replacement because the store won’t answer and I have no receipt. Thanks for wasting 8.00 of my money Taco Bell. I never eat out and now I remember why.

We stopped in just for the new Baja blast sorbet and it was rockin! It’s the hubbys favorite flavor of drink, I’d come near saying he’s obsessed. He thought the little dessert was overpriced, but heck isn’t everything these days? We both loved the little delightful treat and I was just tickled to pieces over the infant knife that was tucked away neatly inside the lid of this tiny dessert. Nope it wasn’t a spoon, and it wasn’t a widely recognized Taco Bell spork….. it was a tiny little baby knife that we ate our blast of a dessert with!!! It was fun and yummy and gave us a little chuckle on our treacherous ride home from the beach.

Easily the worst Taco Bell location I've ever been to. I started working in Decatur a year or so ago and it was not as bad when I first started going there but it's so bad now I have to post a review. It's incredible how this location of Taco Bell can be not busy at all, have NO ONE AT ALL in line and still screw up an order of 3 things. I've had to remind them about items, loop around and get things that are missing, only to get down the road and realize they put things in a burrito that don't belong there or leave off stuff I have specifically asked for. I've have had to change my order multiple times because they couldn't get it right. God help you if you want something on the menu with something added because it's above the ability of the people working there to give it to you. But rest assured, they will charge you for it. Do not go here, don't give them money. They don't care you paid way too much for their food. $3.59 for a beefy 5 layer only for them to screw it up? Why? This location needs a new crew or management or both. That's all without mentioning this location closing whatever time they feel like it, I've never seen anyone wearing gloves aside from a girl that doesn't work there anymore and the staff standing around talking and overall being rude about orders or asking for things that they have missed. I've had them call me a liar multiple times about something being incorrect with my order and have them ask me for items to prove it's wrong. The 3rd time someone tells you there's rice on a beefy 5 layer instead of dissecting that burrito in the window, and finding it, have a talk or teach the team members. The store manager is also awful.

I ordered 2 soft tacos supreme, 2 crunchy tacos supreme, and 3 cinnamon twists. $16.38. What I got 2 crunchy, 1 soft and NO twists. They weren’t busy so the order should have been correct. Realized it when I got home. Tried to call and no one answered. They should have been still open, it was only a little after 10pm. I will be going back tomorrow, since I shouldn’t be driving at night. They need to get better help and managers.

Walked in and waited at the register... nothing. so I went to the other end of the counter and could see someone in the office on their cellphone and NO ONE in the kitchen. Finally, she spun around and saw me and yelled 'Adrian you have a customer'. I walked back to register area and waited... nothing. So I walked out the door and went to DQ. YOU'RE AT WORK, DO YOUR JOB. It's not social time to hide behind an office door

Took forever for someone to take my order and I know they wasn't that busy because they were just standing around talking. Then took forever to get my food and again, they were to busy standing around talking. I don't leave reviews much so for me to do this it was pretty bad. Might need to find a manager.
