Unfortunately a great place that is going downhill. The person working last night may need to be supervised for busier shifts. We were told we couldn’t get a soda last night, the way he explained it, they were missing half their soda menu but we could get a plain sprite, even though the syrups were clearly right behind him. My husband ordered a milkshake, and was told it would be a little bit of a wait- He helped the 2 customers behind us while me and my son finished our ice cream, and then told my husband he couldn't make the milk shake because something about the equipment (i think, i just recall him fumbling a bunch of words). I don’t want to give this business a bad review, I just want a small business to have some honest consumer feedback. I hope my review is helpful and next time we stop in our experience can be a bit more enjoyable.

I have visited Tess' Place a few times. The ice cream is definitely gourmet.
I had the dr pepper jubilee with some cream and it was such a great drink.
They have such a cool little setup and the staff were friendly and we had such a good conversation about business and how things are going.
I would definitely recommend this place as a sweet treat and fun for the kids!

Wow we just finished eating here and such great flavor options and such great generous scoops!! We liked a Carmel ribbon flavor that had almost a chocolatey Oreo ice cream mixed in, and one of their most popular bourbon Carmel truffle. Clean inviting nice atmosphere. Can’t go wrong stopping here, what a treat!

This is the cutest little ice cream shop! Delicious high quality ice cream, clean, cozy atmosphere, and great service! For either a family outing or a date night treat I highly recommend it! Try the Graham Central Station flavor 10/10 recommend! Theres plenty of flavors for even the pickest palate. There is even a little store attached with boutique and gift items. All around Tess's is a must in my book!
Was very delicious stopped for a treat after a hot day at the park my daughter loved the banana pudding ice cream ate most of hers and then stole some of my salted caramel truffle !

I'm so glad I stopped by Tess place today! The service was friendly and welcoming, and the ice cream was absolutely delicious! I tried the unique flavor of super man and it was love at first bite. The scoop was generous, and the price was very reasonable. The shop itself was clean and had a fun, colorful atmosphere. I'll definitely be back for more! 5 stars and highly recommend!
