I waited 40 minutes for my online order which was just rolls and a drink. They claimed they couldn’t find my order then forgot to give me my drink. After waiting for so long I just didn’t even bother trying to get my drink because of it being such a hassle for them to even give me my food after 40 minutes.

Service was good. Food however was not. We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they were brought to the table undercooked with watery marinara sauce. Salads were not fresh as well. Steaks were decent.

Steak was overcooked. They aren't the best at handling a busy weekend. They wouldn't seat us until every person in our party showed up, that was annoying. They forgot several salads, 1 in our group had a piece of plastic stuck in her burger. We came in at 5 and didnt leave until 7 30.

I couldn't place my order online. Then I called to place my order and no one answered. I drove from huntsville alabama to Decatur. I called for 45mins straight. By the time someone actually answered the phone to take my order. I was in the parking lot. I could understand if yall were busy. It wasnt busy at all. Im totally disappointed. Im a manager at Topgolf located in Huntsville Alabama and by our standard...this is not exceptable...I definitely hope this is not the standard at Texas Roadhouse in Decatur Alabama.

I’m from out of state on business travel and I can honestly say this is the best Texas Roadhouse I’ve ever been to. The rolls were so fluffy, salad was well dressed, and ribs were perfectly flaky. Will definitely come back!
