Food is great but ordering online in a pain. I put in my steak then 1st side then second then it ask again for a second side. Very confusing. This has happened 5 to 6 times. Every time I order online

We were there tonight and got our food after being seated over 2 hours. Waitress was bringing our food out the first time and dropped the tray manager came out and said sorry and then we waited 45 more minutes before we finally got our food, potatoes were hard and our steaks were under cooked and tough. After how long we had to wait on our food they could have at least offered a discount. It will be a while before I go back after our experience tonight.

Went in and ordered to go, waited over 30 minutes and then decided to go check on it and it was just sitting on the counter.. I never got a message to come in to get it. I get back to the car with it and looked at it.... Wouldn't you know the order was completely wrong and even missing food. This place is awful. I ordered my food to go because I didn't want to wait an hour to be able to eat, but here I am waiting another 30 minutes to get my correct order! The food costs way too much to not get the correct order and to wait all night on crap service. So they fix the food that was wrong but now I have one fresh meal to go with my cold chicken and cold fries! This place is terrible. NEVER AGAIN. No thanks.

Was better food quality than I remember from back in the days when they had peanuts all over the floor.
Food is good. Only bad thing is whenever I order online, they ALWAYS forget something. Every single time. And if you don't come to the window to get it when you do curbside pickup, you wait twice as long.

Today 1/11/25 service was great! 5Star! Salads = House with Blue Cheese & honey mustard and Cesar salad Delicious & generous servings 5Star! Steaks = not great, medium Dallas filet -=not flavorful & Cooked Med Rare see pic. Sirloin same.. needed steak sauce which we most never ever use a steak sauce. 3 star CHIlI 2star = Too much Red Pepper, Pieces of FAT & GRistle= we from Houston TX & nobody makes chili wit meat fat, nor over Red Pepper & I even in jalapeños.

Roadhouse simply has the best steaks around. We prefer it to fancier, more expensive places. It's often quite crowded, because a lot of people share that viewpoint.
