Itâs so sad that all these years of going to a bunch of Texas roadhouses they have never treat us like this,It was my mothers birthday we where so excited to have a birthday special I went to tell them that we wanted something special for her they told me that they had to talk to someone and ask them I said âokay can we have it done like when yall see our plates almost doneâ and then went back to my seat then when I saw that everyone was almost done and it wasnât done yet I was confused so I got up and told them if they forgot or itâs just a miscommunication they told me they had to find my waitress I said âokay well I need yall to do it soon we are almost leaving and I donât want it not to happenâ they said okay, I told the people at my table to wait a little so they could have time to prepare it,we were already done,it never happened everyone wanted to leave so we got up the lady that I told to have a birthday surprise just told me â have a nice Wednesdayâ I will never forgive them for ruining our birthday surprise,thank you Texas roadhouses.

Food is great but ordering online in a pain. I put in my steak then 1st side then second then it ask again for a second side. Very confusing. This has happened 5 to 6 times. Every time I order online

First date night. Staff was amazing, as was the food.
We were there tonight and got our food after being seated over 2 hours. Waitress was bringing our food out the first time and dropped the tray manager came out and said sorry and then we waited 45 more minutes before we finally got our food, potatoes were hard and our steaks were under cooked and tough. After how long we had to wait on our food they could have at least offered a discount. It will be a while before I go back after our experience tonight.

Went in and ordered to go, waited over 30 minutes and then decided to go check on it and it was just sitting on the counter.. I never got a message to come in to get it. I get back to the car with it and looked at it.... Wouldn't you know the order was completely wrong and even missing food. This place is awful. I ordered my food to go because I didn't want to wait an hour to be able to eat, but here I am waiting another 30 minutes to get my correct order! The food costs way too much to not get the correct order and to wait all night on crap service. So they fix the food that was wrong but now I have one fresh meal to go with my cold chicken and cold fries! This place is terrible. NEVER AGAIN. No thanks.

Food was not good, ordered a 16 oz ribeye and part was rare, part done. Not the best I've had.
