Smoothies ae usually good but this one is very watery and nothing is blended well, resulting in something very choppy with tons of ice and banana chunks I couldn't drink. Shouldn't need to blend it some more when I get home!

The food 😋 is freshly prepared. Workers are kind enough to tell you there favorite items but all are definitely delicious. If you're looking for low calories meals. This is definitely 💯 the place you should eat. No Joke . True story. I go at least 3 times a week. Especially TUESDAY. COME BY AND YOU'LL SEE WHY

Waited 10 to get a bowl and a wrap. When food was handed out I was told I was good to go and I didn’t get half the other. Waited about 5 more minutes beeped the horn and made eye contact with employees 3 times, after all of that I tapped on the window but that was problem.

Took 15 min for me to get my acai bowl. Noone was in front of me. The lady after me got her even after standing there deciding on what to order .The person that was making them was in the telephone. She finally came to counter and stated she made it wrong. I would have ordered ahead but u do nt take gift cards online ....

Takes way too long to order, get through the drive through, and obtain your order. I don’t know if staffing has been low the past few months, but every time I have ordered from Tropical Smoothie it is a 20+ minute wait.

Unfortunately the worker was by herself on a very busy Saturday morning. We had an online order that was 20 minutes past time and then my breakfast wrap had hair all wrapped inside.

I hate that I am having to use this platform to voice my frustration right now.

I ultimately feel like the matter that happened 11 days ago should have been solved at this point. I had a doordash delivery. Within the delivery, all of my items were not delivered to me from the store. I did every single step in the book of common sense to make sure that anything can be FINALLY SOLVED. It hasn't and all of the phone calls and reaching out about a refund is extremely exhausting and ultimately exhausting at this point. I've talked to the necessary people that I needed to talk to and when I had a conversation that seemed like the problem would be solved.

The kind, courtesy and patience I had to have been told that this matter will be solved and I am serious seeing that it is getting nowhere have me HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

****TO THE OWNER, I'VE ALREADY TALKED ETC ETC. I WAS PROMISED A REFUND THAT HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED. I FEEL PLAYED AT THIS POINT. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED. NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF OKIE DOKE COMING FROM A RESTAURANT. BUT IT IS WHAT IT IS AT THIS POINT.****

If I finally get the refund that was promised from missing items then that will be lovely. Being cheated out of this matter doesn't sit to well with me at all. & I was becoming a loyal customer to this location but my mind has shifted.

Seems as though they have a hard time making the most basic meals. Good luck on getting any food items made correctly and by the way when we visited it wasn't at the busiest part of the day....it was at night and the store was abosultly dead....

Great Food, But the Service Needs Attention

I come to this Tropical Smoothie location often because I genuinely enjoy the food and smoothies. The quality is consistent, and it’s a go-to spot for me.

However, the customer service has been a recurring issue. Most of the staff interactions I’ve had have been less than ideal, with the exception of one guy who always provides great service (don’t know his name). On my most recent visit, I placed a larger order—4 meals and 4 smoothies. While picking it up, the manager told me I should use the app in the future to save time. That would’ve been fine, but then she said orders like mine impact their drive-thru times and could get her fired. That’s not something a customer should be made to feel responsible for.

To make matters worse, when I got back to work, the order was incorrect and missing condiments that usually come with the meals. It’s frustrating to not receive what you ordered, especially when you’re trying to support a business regularly and you’re told that your orders take too long.

The food is great, and I really want to keep coming back, but the service experience needs to improve
