Much better than I expected for a hotel restaurant. The bartender was also our waiter. The bar was full but he did a great job bartending and waiting tables. They had a nice menu selection and I would say the food was above average.
I ordered the Cajun Pasta. I got spaghetti noodles in cheese sauce. 5 strips of grilled chicken breast, not blackened, for 20 bucks. The chicken breast was definitely grilled the day before and warmed up. Plus, the restaurant is dead. I'm the only one eating. Not a good sign. Oh no, my stomach is rolling.
We originally went to the Hard Dock across the river and they were out of almost everything (salads included) so we came back and ate at the hotel- SO glad we did! Great food. The pork chop and the Cobb BLT salad were both really great. Dakota is a great addition to this restaurant/bar and she gave us 10/10 service- one of the best waitresses I’ve had in a long time.
