Don't go at 7am! Shift change. Had to wait for new cook to check in. Took 15 min before starting on my order. Then had to tell waitress to pick it up. Took 35 minutes to get out. Last time there.

Three tables when we sat down, had the same server again. We were hoping she would be better this time. We were wrong. There were three people working, this girl was the one serving tables. She took our entire order after seven minutes. She then proceeded to walk away to stand on the other side of the restaurant. We waited for over ten minutes then tried to get her attention for our drinks, which was quite a feat. We ended up having to get the cooks attention who was doing side work. Then our meal came, we had no silverware. We waited about two and half minutes then attempted to get her attention again, which she again was still just standing there doing nothing while the cook was cleaning and prepping. She finally gave us our silverware. We asked for the check at that point, and began eating our meal. We finished our meal and waited another six and a half minutes for our check. Still she never brought it. So we went up to the register, she took her time going to the register. She then proceeded to fill out the check while we stood and waited to check out. Please for the love of everything, this girl needs more training or to pursue a different place of employment. The roll of her eyes for everything is very unsettling when dining at your facility.

I had to delete my bad review from a past experience to write a good one because I had the best service tonight from Levi. Best service that I've ever had in my 34 years at any waffle house. Soo attentive and kind and also funny! All food was made perfect, he walked me thru the kind of eggs I needed to order because I didn't know the proper slang for the type of cook I wanted on my eggs. Will be back. Keep him and give him a raise. Best customer service everr!

My mother and I had been at the hospital all evening with my dad in serious condition. We realized we were super hungry all of a sudden, having not eaten since breakfast. We decided to share something from Waffle House. This is not our usual location that we frequent, due to it's on the other side of town. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience. Both the server and the cook were very nice ladies, and they went out of the way to make sure I was happy. A little kindness and a smile were what I needed to get through the rest of the night at the hospital. It means a lot to meet people who genuinely care about helping their customers and making sure they leave happy.
Xae provided his undivided attention to our table. The coffee cups never went empty. I tipped more than the check total!

The staff was very polite and friendly. The food was served hot and delicious. The atmosphere was great...nice music, nice chit chat conversations, wasn't hot in there either. Very enjoyable atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Toast, grits, grilled cheese, hash browns....so much to choose from.
Kid-friendliness: Welcomes all ages and all dress attire.
Wheelchair accessibility: One story building and the parking lot is level to the door so it's easy to use your wheelchair.

Well decided to have breakfast at a different waffle house cause it was closer to my house. Huge mistake. Ordered the food got a burnt waffle, while eating we were joined by a lovely little roach walking across the table. Informed the waitress who just grabbed a napkin and said "don't worry he's got friends" at that point we were done eating regardless that we hadn't finished the food. Paid and left. I understand waffle house isn't high end food. But the quality of the food was to be expected. The roach and just lack of concern was a HUGE PROBLEM. Will definitely NOT go back to that location EVER.

Nothing better than a delicious breakfast at Waffle House, but this time I got a big surprise, they had delicious strawberry flavored waffles. We fell in love with the whole bowls and the breakfast. The waitress was very friendly and efficient. we will return soon
