The food was really good and the staff was really nice, especially there is one girl, Marisa she was really nice and very hard working, and I can tell she will have a great future keeping up the hard work.

Go there for dinner. Order a double baconator meat, bacon and bread only and told them 3 times how I wanted my baconator. Get home to eat and guess what no bacon 🥓 on my burger. Call back to Wendy's and two different kids tell me they are the manager and laughed and hung up on me... Whoever owns this Wendy's in Decatur AL on beltline Rd has just lost a very good customer forever. I know whoever owns this Wendy's doesn't care or he would be down there fixing the mess... 🐐🐐🐐

This crew has a hard time keeping up at busy times. I stood in line for more than 20 minutes. Only one drink machine worked. They won’t take more orders until they’ve fulfilled almost all the ones on deck. The condiments station is dirty. No one says hello or may I help you at apologizes for a long wait. Dave would be so ashamed.

Wendys is my favorite fast food place in whole world and I love everything about it, the workers are always very friendly and I can tell they work very, very hard, my food is also always very good, and the drive thru time is pretty swift.
I am Blown Away this morning I have been in the hospital all day yesterday I have not felt good at all I placed a breakfast order through doordash pick up this morning at Wendy's had some issues and getting there did not get there until after 11:15 and the sweet wonderful women working this morning at Wendy's on the Beltline they could have easily told me while I'm sorry man you didn't get here on time will have to refund you but that is not what happened they cooked my breakfast food fresh for me and it touched my heart because that is the main thing I wanted after being sick like this I know where I work they would not have done that they would have refunded and said sorry breakfast ends at 10:30 I just really want to thank their team! I know how it is to swap over from breakfast to lunch. For them to do that for me with out me asking.. I greatly appreciate them!! ??

This store consistently is pretty good. They have their days where one bite in and you know it's gonna go to the dog or they just forget half your items and because it is in 13 different bags you don't know it's missing until you're already home and it's too late. But 99% of the time, this store is spot on. They are always friendly and although we usually use the drive thru, the few times we have gone in, it's clean and stocked. Just beware that if you ask for mustard on anything, you are most likely going to get 1/2 a bottle on it. ?
