Its a reason this location has a 3.9. The lady that took my order was really nice but I went there today on 5/21 to get a cinnabon.. soon as I ordered I was in line maybe 10 minutes, 2 cars ahead of me and when I finally get to the window they took my card then waited another 3 minutes then they tell me they out of cinnabons. I was so upset with how much time I wasted by waiting I just drove off. It takes forever to get your food here, they're not the friendliest and just have bad attitudes at times and I really hate to say it but it's true. I normally just go to the one in priceville. 0 stars for this location

The food was really good and the staff was really nice, especially there is one girl, Marisa she was really nice and very hard working, and I can tell she will have a great future keeping up the hard work.

Go there for dinner. Order a double baconator meat, bacon and bread only and told them 3 times how I wanted my baconator. Get home to eat and guess what no bacon 🥓 on my burger. Call back to Wendy's and two different kids tell me they are the manager and laughed and hung up on me... Whoever owns this Wendy's in Decatur AL on beltline Rd has just lost a very good customer forever. I know whoever owns this Wendy's doesn't care or he would be down there fixing the mess... 🐐🐐🐐

The place was super busy not enough workers and the bathrooms didn't have water 😑
