While I have never had a bad experience at this place, tonight will be the night that will overshadow any good service I have had there. I ordered a jalapeño whataburger meal with a Dr. Pepper with no ice and a banana pudding shake. The burger was supposed to come with two patties, two slices of cheese and jalapeños. As you can see that is not what I received and by the time I got home to see what was given to me, I neither had the time or energy to go back. The only thing they got right in this picture is the Dr. Pepper no ice and the milkshake for my wife. I even asked them to make it a large (Whata size) and only got a medium, I wasn't charged for the large but I got a large drink, so naturally I assumed that I got what I ordered ( I know better) but I just wanted to get home. I would understand if it was packed out busy but there was only two cars in front of me nobody behind me. I am not going to give up on this place but this is just unacceptable.

It was my least favorite location to eat at so far. My sandwich was a mess with the huge clump of avocado on it. An item was missing, it took forever to get a cup of gravy that was only filled a 1/4 of the way that I paid extra to get.

Their whatasauce is amazing. I go there so much they know I like my burger cut so I can eat and work/drive at the same time and that I like a cup of whatasauce for my fries. Excellent service!

This Whataburger has always been a friendly enjoyable atmosphere to be in. The folks here make you feel like you don't want to leave and get back into the Bs out there. That would be great in the middle of the night for a tired or "feeling good" person since they are a 24/7 store.
Wheelchair accessibility: Two wc spots right by the door, as long as the damn entitled don't be ignorant, lazy and selfish pigs and take your spots
If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible customer service and they dont give you all of your food that you order. When asked about not receiving certain items they claimed refunds are cash only and could not be refunded to the card. So better hope you're local unlike us.
