It has come to my attention earlier this evening, after stopping by for food for my family and I that, from what I understand, Ed the manager who should understand cleanliness and PPE Standards in a restaurant would also be aware that working in a kitchen in socks is completely and absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. My children and I will not be back to this store ever again since this is how you allow managers to do things. Totally unclean and unsanitary.

It’s about 50/50 they get my order right, other than that it’s just as good as any whataburger. If anyone from the store is reading this, I want you to know that when someone asks for a BACON cheeseburger without toppings they typically still want the bacon.

Had an amazing experience here with the night shift! Specifically Jared, he had just finished taking my order when someone tried to grab my 5 year old child. I turned and before I could even react Jared had jumped over the counter at lightning speed and body slammed the villain into the ground, saving my child's life. The man then limped to the door, slipping on a stray banana peel before leaving the building. Jared then apologized and gave my child a sucker before promptly getting my food out in .00001 second. (all jokes, Jared is awesome sauce.)

I like what Whataburger has to offer as a fast food company. I have tried it a few times and haven't really had a bad experience yet. I do love the fact they are 24 hours. Also if they have the banana pudding milkshake, get it. 🦈💙

While I have never had a bad experience at this place, tonight will be the night that will overshadow any good service I have had there. I ordered a jalapeño whataburger meal with a Dr. Pepper with no ice and a banana pudding shake. The burger was supposed to come with two patties, two slices of cheese and jalapeños. As you can see that is not what I received and by the time I got home to see what was given to me, I neither had the time or energy to go back. The only thing they got right in this picture is the Dr. Pepper no ice and the milkshake for my wife. I even asked them to make it a large (Whata size) and only got a medium, I wasn't charged for the large but I got a large drink, so naturally I assumed that I got what I ordered ( I know better) but I just wanted to get home. I would understand if it was packed out busy but there was only two cars in front of me nobody behind me. I am not going to give up on this place but this is just unacceptable.

It was my least favorite location to eat at so far. My sandwich was a mess with the huge clump of avocado on it. An item was missing, it took forever to get a cup of gravy that was only filled a 1/4 of the way that I paid extra to get.
I was door dashing. They were very prompt. The food was cooked fresh bc I had to wait for it

Their whatasauce is amazing. I go there so much they know I like my burger cut so I can eat and work/drive at the same time and that I like a cup of whatasauce for my fries. Excellent service!
