Made a mobile order. Went to pick up order. They told me it would be another 15 minutes and asked to pull into one of the parking spaces to wait. 30 minutes later, I drove off after canceling my order (after being told it would be another 5 minutes or so). The reasoning was that they have one fryer for the wings and that a lot of orders had come in. The person who answered the phone also stated that they cook the chicken fresh to order. I used to love going to this location but the last few times I’ve gone my order has been completely wrong and when brought to someone’s attention they are completely rude and argumentative.
