Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Order through door dash the food was pretty fresh but the flavor was totally bland on the kickin chicken sandwich, it was like eating salty expensive air. I’ve had this particular sandwich before at another location and it was really tasty. Very disappointing.

My kids and I usually enjoy the food and there is normally friendly staff but today my kids and I were attended by a woman named Kayla M today we were completely disappointed with this lady she was very rude honestly. The company needs to hire people that can be polite and professional specially if they are in costumer service today we had a bad experience hopefully next time someone attends us amazing like my previous last experience.

I work close by to this location and come frequently, and I always enjoy my visits. I can count on them to get my order correct, and for all of the staff to be nothing but kind and helpful. Nothing but nice things to say about this crew!

Paid $30 for them to give me old wings fries and bread.. Wasn't even in the drive thru 5 mins when I have never received my food that fast . I should of known.. O well they offered to redo my food.. After that I rather them give me my money back.. I will not be back.

Just went through the drive through, had to pull up. I ordered a boneless wing meal, bit into a SHARP bone on my second bite thought you know it happens…. Then my next boneless wing was bloody on the inside. I will stick to spring ave because this was terrible.

So sad when u go to a fast food place, that has no customers, & get food. Get told to pull forward, then have to wait 13 minutes to get 1 grilled chicken sandwich, meat & bread only. It was 9:25pm when the order was placed. It was 9:38pm when I got my sandwich. Not to mention having to pay a ridiculous $6.86 for it. U'd think as high as fast food has gotten, there'd be better service at these places. U hardly ever get ur order the way u asked then u gotta pay an arm & a leg & not even get full. It's like that everywhere u go. It's sad what it's come to now days.

Good chicken 🐔 😋 - 3 or 4 piece meal w extra piece Texas toast so I can break up 3 tenders and make a sandwich w 2 pieces Texas Toast & piece of cheese. Highly, highly recommended!

Food is great but service sucks. Can't get orders right or listen to put in the right order. Got a meal I didn't even want.

First time trying it. Got the grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Fries were hot, salted but not Salty. Sandwich was very good. Don't live near one, but will visit again if the chance arises.
