Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

he dropped the cherry on the counter and still picked it up and put it back in the milkshake he was making after he wiped his nose. i ordered the loaded fries and it wasn’t even full halfway & little to no toppings normally im not one to complain but tonight was a mess.

When you order a drink you should get what you order or be told it's out. I didn't get the option. They insisted gave me their choice. Good thing I took a sip before leaving. I had the opportunity to go back and get something else.

The last year or two has really gotten to where you need to check every order. More times than not I’m missing chicken fingers in our meals, or no sauces are given even when extra are ordered. We’ve just about stopped going here because of all the missing food. This was a go to spot for us for years but it’s just too expensive now to be missing food all the time.

Ordered 2 Philly sandwichs very dis appointment, wasn't how it's advertised

My wife went inside to get 5 chicken fingers and 2 large fries and was in there 40 I asked her what's going on and they said they gave are food away so asked for money back hour for that and you gave are food away all we got is are money back stop playing around in there do your job that why you in fast food garbage

I ordered the Zensation Zalad with a unsweetened tea. The tea as well as the salad was good, but the egg roll was burnt. I asked the cashier if I could have another egg roll, and they had no problem with getting it to me. Once they brought it out however, it wasn't as burnt as the first one, but still a little bit overdone. If you're going through the drive through, be sure to check to make sure it's not burnt. Aside from that, overall a good experience (The imagine given is the second egg roll).

I got the Zensation Salad it was a sensation!! The egg roll was hot and the salad was fresh!!!

Wonder why this place always empty..look at that presentation (the bread) and the coke with no flavor at all..always new employees bc they don’t last with exception of a few..I know they are in the fast food industry,but I wonder how busy they were don’t had time to toasted that bread good and to cooked good the fingers???Hope Cane’s arrived here one day and see this bussiness goes down (already going with the new McDonald’s on the side)

The chicken fingers are so small now and the price is up this used to be one of the best places to eat but over the years they have fallen off and it's a shame. I'm just losing interest for zaxbys not sure if it's the way they do business now or they just need new menus.

Avoid if at all possible! Cooked in old grease ! The past few times I could tell all the food had that old grease taste. I love Zaxby’s anywhere but Decatur . I know they are franchises and have all the same food shipped in so it comes down to the employees and staff not caring. Won’t be back to this location.
