Bought wings. They did not have enough sauce on them at all. I usually have sauce in the bottom to at least scoop on the wings but got nothing.

I haven't eaten at Zaxbys in quite awhile. First you changed the Chicken Club which I used to order all the time. Then you quit serving Thousand Island Dressing with your salads. The only 2 things I would eat and now you have taken them off the menu!!!!!!!

At drive thru the order had missing items. I had to park and go in to get those items. The fried house salad was wilted, the toast was tough. It was not edible.

Zaxby’s never disappoints! The chicken is always crispy, juicy, and full of flavor, and their famous sauces take every bite to another level. The service is quick, the staff is friendly, and the portions are more than satisfying. I love the variety on the menu, from wings to sandwiches to salads, and everything tastes fresh and well-prepared. Zaxby’s has definitely become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving quality chicken and a great dining experience.

he dropped the cherry on the counter and still picked it up and put it back in the milkshake he was making after he wiped his nose. i ordered the loaded fries and it wasn’t even full halfway & little to no toppings normally im not one to complain but tonight was a mess.

When you order a drink you should get what you order or be told it's out. I didn't get the option. They insisted gave me their choice. Good thing I took a sip before leaving. I had the opportunity to go back and get something else.

The last year or two has really gotten to where you need to check every order. More times than not I’m missing chicken fingers in our meals, or no sauces are given even when extra are ordered. We’ve just about stopped going here because of all the missing food. This was a go to spot for us for years but it’s just too expensive now to be missing food all the time.

Ordered 2 Philly sandwichs very dis appointment, wasn't how it's advertised

My wife went inside to get 5 chicken fingers and 2 large fries and was in there 40 I asked her what's going on and they said they gave are food away so asked for money back hour for that and you gave are food away all we got is are money back stop playing around in there do your job that why you in fast food garbage
