Stopped here while traveling. They actually stand at the counter to take your order instead of expecting you to order at the kiosks. And the fries were 'golden brown' like they should be - not blond. Very friendly team.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a special chicken sandwich that was advertised..girl taking my order acted like she had no idea of what I was talking about. If you are going to work somewhere, learn the menu. Got my order and it didn't have the bacon as advertised and was half the size of the bun and over cooked. Not good.

They usually always get your order wrong. They're app must have took a cue from the ice cream machine because it no longer works either.
The best thing you can get when you're up this way in Dodge City besides Jack's, just not very fast and the food is cold most of the time but it is very reliable when you're hungry.

Went to drive thru about 930 pm. Ordered filet o fish. Got back to hotel and went to eat it and it was fried too hard to eat. Obviously refried an old one. YUCK. Won't be back.
