This is. The only Domino's in Empire summington area, and we've always had great food with them. Until 22nd of May, we spent 56 bucks for a large pizza with added toppings. 16. Piece chicken, hot wings and one of the marble cookies. And the food was terrible. The chicken wasn't cooked the pizza wasn't cooked all the way through and it didn't even have meat on it. I called the store and talk to the manager. His name was Jackson. And he juit was not the type of manager that I'm used to dealing with the manager. That was there before him. He was wonderful professional friendly. If something was wrong, he'd immediately fix it. I don't know what happened to him. But this new manager Jackson a tries to talk real professional. But his words are stronger than him. A said he had to look at the food to make sure it wasn't undercooked. So we sent a picture and he says I can't tell and he just wasn't if he gave me. This lecture of undercooked food is a serious thing. And the other wings that we have are not boneless or something and. They come well done and people have to ask for it and they like them better. And I ordered this thing online like we always do there. Aint no things saying ask for more. Well done chicken, we've never had a problem. I asked him how long he's been manager at the store and he says he was promoted about 5 months ago. Well, it's been about that long since we went there. So we spent $60 on a dinner that I thought was gonna be great like it usually is and my husband did too only.It was terrible and the manager will not fix it .. I told him I was going to call corporate on him and he didn't Seem to care. We Have spent a lot of money at this domino's , but we won't go back not until They fixed this issue and my husband said he went in and was waiting for And the staff was cooking food talking about yeast infections What in the world you don't do this?That's just gross And when I called to speak to the manager the employee said may I ask Why when I asked to speak to the manager and I said no mass speak To the manager, please.And then he put me on hold , I just the whole experience Was terrible.They need to get back the same crew they had and the old manager Friendly professional and he sick stuff when it was wrong And the crew was different, it seems. Yeah, we won't be going back.As long as this is not fixed, it was terrible.We've been here ten years and we've never had an experience or food like we had today

Worst pizza I have ever received. I pretty much got cold flat bread. I ordered a large ham and pineapple, it’s the size of a medium. Barely any cheese and sauce, doesn’t even have the crust seasoning for a hand tossed pizza. Absolutely horrible for what I spent.

ordered delivery and took over an hour to get delivered. called and they said it was still in the oven then was delivered not 15 mins later pretty much fully cold.

I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Domino’s. Typically, the food is excellent, but on this occasion, both pizzas fell far short of expectations. They were barely topped with marinara sauce, the cheese was hard, and the bacon was burnt, giving the impression that they were overcooked.
That said, I’ve never had any issues with the service, including this time. The team consistently delivers outstanding service, and I truly commend them for that. However, I was extremely let down by the quality of the pizzas on this visit. While I will continue to order from Domino’s due to the exceptional service, I hope the food quality can return to its usual standard.

This is a local takeout pizza. Call ahead, and it will be waiting for you. They have good pizzas, the only thing for me is some are too greasy for me. I'll still be picking up Domino's Pizza in the future though because like them.

UPDATE: 25 OCT 2024. My wife called Domino's to order their 2 topping, 2 pizza Special to pickup. When we got there which was within 40 minutes, I promptly picked them up after much hassle about phone numbers. We went straight home and got ready to eat them. BOTH were as if they had set out for 3 hours, cold and hard. They were topped but very little toppings to include sauce and cheese. I, for one, am sick of this "shrinkflation" and charging more for less. When I find places that give you the Bang for your buck, I WILL share gladly share them to help you! This Domino's, along with Papa John's is going down the road of CLOSURE. Listen to your Customers.

Ordered a chicken and pineapple pizza, but received a ham and pineapple. Called about it. They would only give me 2 choices, refund or replace the pizza. My inconvenience did not matter to them at all. The wrong pizza looked way better than the replacement pizza. The replacement was overcooked also.
