Went through the drive thru tonight, maybe 8/10 cars in line in front of us and still had our food in less than five mins. Lady at the window was friendly, the food was awesome as usual, the GM even stuck his head out the window to thank us for coming by.

Pulled in with 3 managers lounging around in the lobby while two employees behind counter actually doing work. Sad shouldn't managers be working while on the clock not just hanging out in the lobby unprofessional

This place used to be a decent place to get a bite to eat but now the food is always wrong and is overly greasy, the service has declined to the point that we refuse to go back. Hopefully they can get the problems resolved before they lose too much business
