Large order was all made correctly and was ready and hot when i arrived. They were still polite after a long day which is hard to do trust me. I have zero complaints about this crew.

We waited in line 30 minutes to place our order. Very few people in line inside. They were too busy filling orders for the drive thru. Thirty minutes of standing AT THE REGISTER, we left and went elsewhere.

Well if ur cheeseburger is ever made wrong you can call Kelly the manager (rude too)and to make it right the next visit she will give you extra cups of special sauce! If you buy the burgers! By bread was stale.. worst burgers ever! If i go get burgers i get for the special sauce! Again she had poor managment skills.. this Jacks has gone to shit!!.. not the first issue in recent times this aggrivated me the most!

The cashier we had doesn't listen told her 3x's what I wanted she still wrong up the wrong thing. All jacks have almost gotten to be as crappy as McDonald's used to be.

Been here several times. Only one time was the food not all that good. Wasn't discovered until I got home that the food appeared to be old burger and fries non of it was fresh. That was my mistake for not checking before leaving store. So now I check everytime when I stop if not fresh I ask for new. Staff is usually friendly and pleasant. If busy be patient food is usually fresh during this time.

I ordered fresh chicken with my crispy BLT salad was told to move up and wait on the chicken and was brought a salad with no chicken at all but was charged for a chicken BLT salad. We were also so rushed at the drive thru that the guy taking our order didn’t ring up my son’s loaded Mac and cheese. I’m not getting back out today I just wanted to give everybody a heads up CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

This I write to the owner or Franchise Supervisor.
Your business is in extreme dire need of re training, cross training .
In my 56 years of food industry on all levels to ownership. I have never seen anything so sad.
Stood there 20 minutes trying to just get noticed while people just wandered or just had to go put and smoke. People around me saying they had been waiting 20 minutes and still didn't have their food. People food brought back not correct.
The short Grey headed lady who had the spron on, and actually looked like the biscuit maker - was doing what dhe could with the long line of people waiting to have their orders taken.
I trained as a General Manager with Jack's some years ago.
So I have been in many.
The manager appeared from ?
Started taking orders.... finally she saw me and was very apologetic. Said people had called out. There was no expeditor..... she went to smoke....
I over heard customers commenting that your business did not used to be this way. And I know that I'd true for over the years myself and family have eaten there. Your business will only duffeross of revenue if today is a sign of the days / nights there. Good luck.
