I done a call in order. I told the person it was a call in and she put me on hold and everything. I told her I would be at Jack's in a few mins to pick the food up. I got to jacks and they said I called to ask if they had any. Which is a lie. They also never told me how much it would be. All restaurants service is going down bad.

I remember Jacks starting at the Dora location. Just like other restaurants they have evolved over time. They are still changing the menu's, no matter which Jacks you find yourself. You will find the best hamburgers with all the sides, but the breakfast is even better. So many people get their biscuits and you name it, in the mornings. Yes there's a long line at the drive through and inside. Most times you can get breakfast faster inside. The reason for the long line is simple, Jacks biscuits are absolutely the best I have ever eaten in a restaurant. We have been blessed to have been to all 50 states, most Canadian provinces. As you may suspect we have eaten in a lot ot towns, with restaurants, that served biscuits. My wife can cook the same quality biscuits, she learned from her mom. Jacks must have a biscuit making school, you can't just start making Jacks biscuits one day on a whim. It takes talent, dedication and the desire to be a great biscuit maker. My wife of 58 years and I had Jacks Bigger Burger today and it was delicious.

A little unfair about the food, because we didn't eat there. We stopped to get something to eat, and just left after waiting to order. The place seemed confused and had orders backer up un the screen with just 3 people in line. The drive-through was a little busy, but didn't have a long line. Anyway, after waiting about 5 minutes and watching as not one person at the counter got there order, we left. So, a little unfair. We weren't mad, or upset. We just decided to eat elsewhere. Bad vibe, I guess

The jacks and Dora is one of the worst places I have eaten lately every time I've ordered something the bread is hard and they meet seems like it had been cooked hours ago and I am sorry I do not like the artisan bread that they use why can't they go back to a regular bun or give the customer a choice but everything I've eaten there in the last 3 months is not good it's like it is all old and sometimes they meet is so hard it's not even an edible it is like most places I've visited lately it seems like the employees are there just for a paycheck they don't take no pride in their work what happened to people doing the job they were paid to do instead of just doing enough to barely get by just to get a paycheck if you're going to do something do it right especially if you're getting paid for it

The food there is horrible. My fries taste like they’ve been sitting out under heat laps all day, my cheese burger didn’t have any pickles on it. Absolutely Horrible.

If I could give zero stars I would. Picked up my order get home the chicken looked two days old was very hard and there were more skin than meat. My fries were old and cold, the top was not on the gravy therefore it spill all over the inside of the bag.
