I have ordered a steak,egg and cheese bagel twice this week from Dora location, both times it had the wrong egg on it and no cheese or onions! nearly $6 per sandwich and it's not worth 15cents. after the second time this happened I mentioned it to a worker and their reply was simply oh! also I witnessed two employees eating while making orders, very poor management or the lack of.
Placed a mobile pickup order for the drive thru on 4/16. When I arrived I saw that the drive thru line was a little long. Decided to opt into in store pickup only to find upon entering that the lobby was closed. I got back in the drive thru line unable to opt back into drive thru pickup.
