Having worked customer service, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but there's some things I can't defend and one of them is being rude to customers because YOU aren't doing YOUR job correctly. I don't know who the woman was that worked June 13th, at 10pm (she appeared to be the only woman there) but she messed up my husband's order. No big deal, it happens. However, she decided to roll her eyes at him when he let her know. My husband doesn't have a rude bone in his body, he's kind and let's people walk all over him. So there was absolutely NO reason for her to act that way. SHE messed up his order and he just dealt with it because of her attitude. Do better.

Way too slow drive thru, sat behind 2 cars waiting on food for over 15 minutes and I only ordered an iced coffee, what's the use of the pull in drive thru wait lanes if they don't utilize them.

We went through the drive through whitch took forever!!!! I didn't think we would ever get to the windows to take our order but when we finally did the people were kind of rude and didn't hardly pay any attention to what we were saying. When we finally got our food after waiting 45 mins it was cold and they missed half of our order so had to go back in line and wait even longer. It was completely ridiculous.
