The place stinks and the floor is super greasy. Ate drive thru thankfully because there’s zero way that anyone could eat in there and stomach the smell and frankly I’ve never smelled a smell as bad as that before in a place with food being served

Good grief coming here, as a door dasher in the area, is such a dang nightmare. My time is constantly wasted by this restaurant, they are the slowest in town by far. I've watched these people take 5 minutes to just put stickers on the bags, after I've already waited 10-15 minutes for the order, PAST the time I was supposed to get it. This is extremely frustrating as for us that DoorDash, our time is our money!! Besides the slowness, which is felt in every part of their process inside, drive though, kiosk it doesn't matter, their employees are rude and unattentive. Someone can stand at the counter for their order to be taken for 10 minutes before they're even acknowledged. I'm so over this location, and I'm honestly probably going to stop accepting orders from here. I can't stand it anymore, it's not getting better at all.

Having worked customer service, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but there's some things I can't defend and one of them is being rude to customers because YOU aren't doing YOUR job correctly. I don't know who the woman was that worked June 13th, at 10pm (she appeared to be the only woman there) but she messed up my husband's order. No big deal, it happens. However, she decided to roll her eyes at him when he let her know. My husband doesn't have a rude bone in his body, he's kind and let's people walk all over him. So there was absolutely NO reason for her to act that way. SHE messed up his order and he just dealt with it because of her attitude. Do better.
Way too slow drive thru, sat behind 2 cars waiting on food for over 15 minutes and I only ordered an iced coffee, what's the use of the pull in drive thru wait lanes if they don't utilize them.

We went through the drive through whitch took forever!!!! I didn't think we would ever get to the windows to take our order but when we finally did the people were kind of rude and didn't hardly pay any attention to what we were saying. When we finally got our food after waiting 45 mins it was cold and they missed half of our order so had to go back in line and wait even longer. It was completely ridiculous.
