Really long line when we pulled up. Only had 1 guy taking orders at the cars and 1 girl handing them to cars and 3 people inside but they were hustling and knocking cars out while starbucks had no cars in their drive thru the entire time we waited. Speaks volumes. Our drinks were made perfect. Just what we needed. Thank you for all you do

Love 7 brew! Last 2 times I came my drink was overly sweet and ill add an extra shot to have a good balance but its overbearing and thats upsetting.

Let’s start off by saying I do not do this usually. I haven't had a bad experience here since the store opened until today. I was in line for about 10 min and was skipped when the orders were being placed. Easily mistaken I’m sure when there is only 1 person walking around car to car taking the orders. Got to the front of the line and told them I haven’t ordered yet and was told they would take care of it. 3-5 more minutes went by without placing an order. I knew everyone was aware I haven’t placed an order because they looked at me in my car after it was addressed but still nothing. I wound up driving away and probably won’t be back for a while. I don’t have the time to sit in a line for 15 minutes without even ordering. If you are short staffed it would probably be best to not have both lanes open so this mistake doesn’t continue to happen. Sincerely, “I guess I didn’t need a coffee after all”
The drinks were very good, me and the whole family were beyond satisfied!😊 I think it’s safe to say that we will become regulars here. Customer service from the employees was outstanding. The people were very friendly but felt down to earth in a way. Shout out to Josue, he was the one who took my order and was the most friendly!

Word to the wise, if you open at a certain time that means you start your business at that time. To be counting down your money for you register AFTER you open is ridiculous. I had been there about 5 minutes prior to opening and one of your employees thought it was a good idea to help the car that had just pulled up knowing that I was there before that car. In any event had the other person had the money for the register ALREADY counted PRIOR to opening could have been helping with taking orders.

Went through the drive thru during their pre-grand opening and was surprised to find out they were giving away free drinks and were very generous. They also gave me free drink coupons for when they fully open. The baristas were very nice with a professional appearance. The drinks were better than 99% of the other big chain coffee shops. I plan on coming back this weekend for more.
