I was surprised by the lady's behavior towards my family and me while we were ordering food, as if we were not supposed to be there. In addition, when thanked, the standard response in a business setting is 'you're welcome,' yet she chose to simply turn around and walk away. We did not feel welcome at all and had concerns when she took the food to the back, out of our sight, for preparation. This matter warrants investigation, particularly in light of the numerous reviews I have seen that mirror our experience during our visit.

Man that New yum yum Bowl is a 10 if you in the area go support you gone double back so get 2 and just get 1 with the dressing on side and meat that way you can mix back up and I get no cream cheese but your taste buds may want!!!

My daughter loves sushi. My son does not. My son had a hibachi chicken bowl and loved it. My daughter had a spicy tuna bowl with crab salad and loved it. Food is fresh and reasonably priced.

I haven't been able to change my review thoughts of all 10 in-person visits to this place. The food is decent and tasty. The customer service is less-than acceptable. The guy is a smartmouth and gives off the energy that you are wasting his time, every time. There's no common courtesy greeting upon entering the establishment, nothing. The young lady behind the counter was equally as shrewd and barely spoke over a whisper and stared as if I was there too rob her, or otherwise. After waiting a whole 4 minutes without a greeting, without an "I'll be with you in a moment " she returned from the prep area asking, 'what can I get for you' with the same 'blank stare and I really want you gone' look. So as of today I will no longer patronize this establishment. My money spends the same everywhere there, I'll take it elsewhere maintaining my God-given dignity and respect.

My boys said that the food was good, but way too expensive for what you get. I didn't get any for myself, but I got the larger options for them and those were small. I feel bad because i got these as a special treat for my 2 sons' birthdays. In this economy, eating any resteraunt food is a rare treat. So i wanted it to be special for them. The service was disappointing at best. The employees could have atleast faked smiles. I felt ashamed for asking for chopsticks! I'll maybe try the one in enterprise next year, but I'm not going back to the Dothan one. Sad.

usually have no problems when coming here! poke bowl I get is always great. staff doesn’t always greet you or look happy to be there.. but tonight I just wanted poke, so I rushed over at 8:45p to get a quick bowl before they closed and to my surprise the doors were already locked at 8:49p. I pulled the handle and the two men inside just looked at me with pouting faces as they threw their hands up. if the establishment says it closes at 9p, then maybe lock the doors at 9p. that's bad customer service. I try not to be that customer that walks in a minute before closing, but I missed them the night before and my pregnant cravings wanted them so badly tonight. posted at 9:03p.
