I would like to add. Most of the times I’ve been here, I have gotten my order messed up. Because of this, I will no longer tip until they prove to me they can take a simple order correctly. My order isn’t even complicated. Just no sauce or cream cheese on the bowl, but there mostly is when I received my order.

I always love this place but tonight was awful. I watched a woman and her daughter get a small poke bowl and it was full to the top. Young woman made their bowl. I ordered a large with extra protein on the side and it was smaller than their small. Not full and barely any rice and this time it tasted dry. I normally get 2 serving out of this. This time no. It a sign for me to not go there anymore. If I do it will be my last. I will mention this bad review and see how I am handled. I paid $20 plus a little tip for the “to go”. Mind you I ear this same bowl 3 times a week

It’s one of the only places in Dothan where you can find this kind of healthy, customizable, and fresh option, and I genuinely hope more people continue to support it. The ingredients are always solid, and the variety makes it easy to come back regularly.
The only reason I’m not giving a full five stars is due to the customer service experience. I often walk away wondering if I’ve inconvenienced the staff just by asking a question or requesting something simple. It’s possible I’m reading too much into it, but the interactions sometimes feel a bit cold or rushed, which makes me hesitate to engage fully.
That said, I really want to see this place thrive. The food speaks for itself, and with just a bit more warmth on the service side, it would be a five-star experience all the way.

The only poke bowl in Dothan. The quality has improved over the past two years.
The raw fish is decent quality. I have a hankering for the raw salmon, which is soft and flavorful. They are no longer putting steam hot rice in the bowl, so no more worring in by mistake heating up your raw toppings. The portion size is good and base price are good.
The downside is for me is all of my favorite/regular toppings (mango, avocado, seaweed salad, cream cheese, etc) is extra. But with the base price being reasonable, the overall cost is average for a poke bowl.
Don't really stay to eat inside the restaurant do cannot really comment about the atmosphere.

First time at this very nice restaurant, I love Poke Bowls and these slapped. My only real issue here which bothered me and my friend who came to lunch with me was the girl with a backwards hat and attitude that took our order. Not sure what the issue was, food was great despite her rolling eyes and lack of customer service.

Order three bowls and have before and it has been fantastic,, but tonight the salmon was spoiled the orders were wrong and all I got was it was fine when I made it. Forever lost my business. I think when someone spends 60mdollars you should give them what the ordered and make sure it isn't past expiration date.

I was surprised by the lady's behavior towards my family and me while we were ordering food, as if we were not supposed to be there. In addition, when thanked, the standard response in a business setting is 'you're welcome,' yet she chose to simply turn around and walk away. We did not feel welcome at all and had concerns when she took the food to the back, out of our sight, for preparation. This matter warrants investigation, particularly in light of the numerous reviews I have seen that mirror our experience during our visit.
