Lucas and the employees have been very friendly, respectful, and patient every time that I’ve visited. They have always smiled. (That’s rare these days.)The food is reasonably priced, hot, and delicious. The chef salads are my favorite. Very fresh ingredients.

Ok I get this American deli all the time but now I’m done with this place I can’t even count on my fingers how many times I have screwed my order. Today I got some the order was fine I never went in the bathroom they have but I did I needed to wash my hands. No soap or paper towels in the bathroom and on top of that it was nasty. And the crazy thing is if there is no soap the workers can’t wash their hands if there is no soap. Every time I go there is always a new worker. So today when I saw there was no soap in the bathroom I asked the worker when I got the food. Then I wanted to wash my hands after I finished my food they still haven’t filled the soap so I asked the girl again so she finally did and she had a attitude and mumbled something so very rude. 0/10 customer service the food is mostly good all the time but they get the orders wrong WAY TOO MUCH!

I watched the guy behind the counter get an attitude with a customer after said customer politely asked for their correct food. Then as she went to leave with her right food he mumbled under his breath some slanderous comments about her color and hair. She heard it, she asked him to repeat himself and then she returned to her ambulance for her lunch break. The place seemed clean though. I really didn't have the appetite to eat after watching the disrespect towards a first responder/eat that is a beautiful young black woman whom had and excellent attitude at first until provoked
