Restaurant too cold and food not hot enough

Just walked into the restaurant at 11:15pm and was told they are closed. They didn’t “close” until 12:00am. We were highly disappointed to be completely denied service. The restaurant was pretty much closed down although there were seven tables being serviced when we walked in. The server that “greeted” us said the manager just informed him they were closed and no longer seating guests. I asked if something was broken in the kitchen and he said no, the manger was just ready to close. This type of customer service is exactly why businesses are not surviving. If corporate is wondering why numbers aren’t being met, check the cameras to see what’s really going on in your restaurants.

Live coming here. The food and service is great and the beer is cold. We like to sit at the bar, but the music is so loud that we cannot always hear the server or each other.

Angie is awesome and Eric is my absolute favorite!!! Hes absolute incredible!!! And Tanya is the best tops it all only go for my Baby Mama!!!!! Love her!!!!!

If you go to drink Mr. David Wright is a guru behind that bar!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Applebee’s.

One thing I have decided, work ethics and proper management are not as important as it once was. Many people are “flying by the seat of their pants” because they have been forced into positions they’ve no idea how to operate because of the lack of staff and support. Saying that, there are exceptions.

The server was great and very considerate. I was grateful she shared that the place was understaffed and there could be a longer wait time. She was very busy running the floor and door, but she was doing her best. I understood the situation and knew she couldn’t handle frequent rounds to the tables.

Oftentimes, that info is not disclosed and the attitudes and actions of the servers are horrible, resulting in “hangry” patrons and empty tables.

I did stay and my meal was served just as quick as any other time. And quite delicious I’d say. I’ll have another late night visit to Applebee’s!
