While passing through town, my friend and I stopped at the Arby’s drive-thru to grab some food. While waiting, I went inside to use the restroom. As soon as I walked in, a worker ran out of the kitchen, looked at me, and said “there’s only one stall in here” before rushing in and violently throwing up.
Naturally, I became concerned about food safety and didn’t feel comfortable eating anything prepared there. I walked to the counter to cancel my order and request a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee kept telling me it would be “just a minute” for several minutes. Eventually, I asked if I could call instead once things had slowed down. He told me yes, so I left.
When I called about an hour later, the manager—Roland—refused to issue a refund over the phone and told me I’d need to come back in person. That means I’d have to drive an hour back just to resolve this, when the situation was caused by their own employee being visibly and audibly ill while on shift.

Arby's is the most underrated fast food restaurant ever! People on the Internet hate on Arby's but it is definitely top 5 fast food restaurant. I know I'm supposed to be reviewing this particular location so I will say, I eat at this location at least one a week as it is very close to my work. The food always comes out fresh and they have NEVER got my order wrong. Keep up the good work!

THE food was delicious but the lobby itself was a mess none of the tables were cleaned off they had crumbs of food left from when others sat an ate the booths were just as bad the table an seat were dirty. The assistant manager wasn’t very nice more of a figure out what you want kind of person an go. Seemed as if she didn’t like her job or didn’t want to be there.

We had a big order and it was worth every penny. The food was fresh and flavorful and everything was correct. The employees were friendly and Scott was wonderful on the register.
I love this Arby's because it's the best one in town, but they all are really good. I love their deals in the app and they have a coupon book floating around now with some really good deals in it.
This Arby's is a nice place to go if you need to get away for a little while. It is clean and has a peaceful atmosphere, and the employees work hard to please. I've been eating here since they opened, and I've never had a problem. The service is consistently accurate and fast.
My favorite is the Buffalo Crispy Chicken Sandwich with a large Curly Fries and a Dr Pepper, and I can eat two orders of the Jalapeño Poppers with the Bronco Berry Sauce. I also like the Beef & Cheddars with like 3 packs of Arby's sauce. I like the onion bun that they use on those too.

I’ve never been to a fast food restaurant where 3 employees are standing and talking to each other and do not acknowledge us standing there for a little over 2 minutes. My husband was there alone then I walked up to join him; no service. They looked at us and just ignored us. This was after witnessing a female employee not wash her hands after being in the restroom. So we are ok with walking out. I don’t think you’ll want to stop at the location on your way through town.

The staff here are some off the nicest customer service workers i have interacted with in Dothan. Even though 1 item was missing when I called the young lady(Jessica??)who answered was super nice and had no attitude and was sincere. What Ever Arby's is doing or training their employees is working. I called the wrong one first and even they were nice and tried to be helpful. Keep it up the world needs customer service like this.
