Went to this Arby’s and was devastated with the service got our order wrong then tried making us pay extra for drinks trying to make us just pay for another order instead of just changing it to the correct order then they proceeded to take our phone inside their window to pay then handed us our food we then waited at the window as they closed it in our face with our phone and money and never came back

Every single worker was just acting like they didn’t care and didn’t know what their job was very disappointing to see this all grown adults!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED ☹️ NEVER ONCE I HAVE I HAD THIS BAD OF SERVCIE FROM DAMN ARBYS shame

The only reason I left a review is because we got our drive thru order wrong and we called the place when I got home and notices our order was wrong and gave us the wrong sandwiches.They completely replaced our order with no attitude and positive vibes.

Honestly, it's sad to say this place is the best arbys in my city. Went in the doors at 730 on a Saturday night. My husband and I never got greeted. Just stood there looking at each other. And mind you, they were onky one other couple in the store. There was a girl there, bagging door dash orders or something of that sort. She called Chad to help us. Chad turns around and goes in the opposite direction. She then hollers. I was trying to get u to help these customers while I bagged those orders. Still haven't been greeted at this point. She tried a couple of times to get some help. No greeting, Not a how u doing, or I will be right with you or not even a hold on just a moment. She finally comes and takes our order. She was very pretty and very sweet . But I don't know if people are not trained well enough or what. We get our food quickly, my husband's roast beef waa cold.i got the brisket, which I sometimes get on my lunch. It was so greasy the meat seemed like it had sat there all day. Fries were cold. I mean, this place needs to do better. It's clear this Arbys needs some new management. Its like they were just left on their own with no one to make sure they are doing their job. They looked like they were 16 and 18. This is why people eat at home. Arbys u need some help

While passing through town, my friend and I stopped at the Arby’s drive-thru to grab some food. While waiting, I went inside to use the restroom. As soon as I walked in, a worker ran out of the kitchen, looked at me, and said “there’s only one stall in here” before rushing in and violently throwing up.

Naturally, I became concerned about food safety and didn’t feel comfortable eating anything prepared there. I walked to the counter to cancel my order and request a refund. I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee kept telling me it would be “just a minute” for several minutes. Eventually, I asked if I could call instead once things had slowed down. He told me yes, so I left.

When I called about an hour later, the manager—Roland—refused to issue a refund over the phone and told me I’d need to come back in person. That means I’d have to drive an hour back just to resolve this, when the situation was caused by their own employee being visibly and audibly ill while on shift.
