Very long wait for some fries, they were not even hot when delivered so I don't know what we were waiting for. Also advertised 2 for 6 on RB sandwich and we were charged $4+for 1. Check your receipt before leaving the store!

Went here for lunch. Took the staff 35 mins to make 4 for $10 classics. THEY FORGOT ABOUT US. All the cars in the drive thru behind me (8 cars) got served before me. What fine service they have. Take your money and forget about you

My husband got a half a pound they only gave him a regular. I got a chicken deluxe. My chicken was burnt. The food was nasty. Service was OK but those big potholes they really need to fix them. They just need to close that Arby’s down.
Foods usually pretty good, but shouldnt have to wait in line for 10 minutes. Especially when your the only 1 in line on the inside.

Today, July 27,2024,around 12:20 I ran thru the Arby's on 84 w near Walmart. Picked up a roast beef sandwich and headed home. Open the sandwich and immediately smelled mold. My bottom bun was covered and there was mold between each slice of beef. Check your food before you drive away!!!

This restaurant has the absolute worst customer service in dothan. They will intentionally wait to take your order, and make you pull up when nobody's behind you in the drive through. So after asking for arbys sauce at the drive through and the window, when they bring your order, they drop it and go. Then look for your sauce, and it's not there. So try to go in to get the sauce but door is locked, and your only option is to go through the drive through again. This is the 3rd time this has happened. The person taking the order is so short and rude, you won't see her face at the window. All you need is an undercover boss to show up, and the whole staff will be fired. You might even get treated better at the tag office than this arbys.
