I got food from here I ordered from doordash the doordash person was fantastic they brought it immediately to me I think it probably only took him about 7 or 8 minutes from the store while I got the food it was cold and there was a hair in my food I contacted doordash but they didn't offer any solutions they were very nice but still I'm going to show a picture of this order anyways I'm wanting either a refund or a replacement when you call the number for the store they won't answer the phone so I'm going to post this review here in hopes that Somebody will do something about it This location will pick up the phone and then hang up on you I called multiple times to complain about this order nothing in fact when they sent this order through doordash they taped over with their sticker over their address and phone number I had to get their address and phone number from doordash I either want to refund or a replacement and I don't own a car so they got to bring it to me or give me a refund this is ridiculous You hang up on people?????

I spent almost $40 on 3 meals at this place, two of which were French dip combos. I live an hour away. It was a long day/night for me and I had a car full of people and was ready to get home, so I foolishly didn’t check the bag. Now I’m home and guess what I have? Two dry sandwiches and no au jus sauce to dip either of them in. Do you know how much I was looking forward to eating this? I’ve been thinking about it since this morning, didn’t eat anything else bc I wanted to really enjoy this sandwich. I’m probably way madder about this than I should be, but I hate you. I am never going to that place again. Oh, and just so you know, the kid at the window is telling everyone the truth about your microwave steak nuggets being tough garbage. Just like this sandwich without the dip— garbage. I hate you. Thanks for ruining my day.

Well I thought I was going to give a good review and then I got my food and the oder was wrong. How you gonna give 2 French dip sandwiches and no French dip? And i live 30+ mins away so going back isnt a choice. Check your bag before you leave bc apparently they cant follow simple directions.

There was no one there, so at first, I thought it was closed. Only 3 people there and 1 was the manager who volunteered she was hiring. 1 was on the window and 1 on the kitchen. I was told they would get to me. There used to be a a young man that used to work the counter here. He was always polite. Though a little slow. The girl there said the register only takes 1 thing at a time.(Her is my coupon ) That's ok I'm patient. Large portions we ate our sandwiches while watching the game. 2 days of a bad stomach isn't worth it.

This is twice I went their and every time I went the lady at the drive-through has a Issue and an attitude and when as we are order she making rude comments about how much I am ordering and won’t even give me time to order she just keep rushing me this is very unprofessional

Ordered through Door dash but called the store to politely ask/be sure they added Arby's sauce because the last time I ate a dryyyy sandwich even after requesting a sauce packet through the door dash app (Arby's doesn't have the optional option). Ms. Girl who answered was not in the mood today and made that absolutely clear. Pure unprofessional and disrespectful to a paying customer in turn paying her paycheck...smh Arby's
