Not sure what all the complaints are about, customer service was excellent. Food is great too. The price is a little high, though.

Came here at 5:20 on a Sunday. We wanted to order 2 small pretzel nuggets. The lady there proceeds to tell us, “we close in like 40 minutes, so we don’t have any pretzels, just sodas”. What the actual heck!!!! You close in 40 mins so cook some pretzels or go find work somewhere else. I guess corporate lets these individuals work when they want!? Anyways, the lady proceeded to turn the lights off as we walked away without any pretzels. Again, you’re open for another 40 mins to serve sodas, so why are you turning off the lights and appearing to be closed completely!?

Shay has to be one of the absolute rudest people I have ever run across in food service. She has a terrible attitude and doesn’t know how to speak to customers or her coworkers. It isn’t MY fault the store is out of what I ordered. It would have been nice to place the order without the side of mandatory attitude that comes with every transaction with her. She shouldn’t be working with anyone much less in a position that requires at least some level of customer service or friendliness!

This Auntie Anne's location is a hidden gem! Despite being tucked away in a struggling mall, the pretzels here are absolutely top-notch. My experience was elevated by the fantastic customer service. The friendly staff member went above and beyond to answer all my questions with a smile and a dash of humor.
The pretzels themselves were made fresh to order and tasted incredible. If you're craving a delicious, perfectly-baked pretzel, look no further – this Auntie Anne's is a sure bet!

I asked the girl working what time they open, as she's playing on her phone sitting down. She responded "when I'm done preparing everything". I'm no manager, but generally you need to be preparing and not on your phone to open the store. Even telling me to come back in 15 minutes would've been better than her response.
One of the cashiers were rude. I had my phone out to scan my app but she did not even ask me or try to scan it. On my second transaction sure acted as though she did not want to take my money. She hardly said two words to me at all. Very unprofessional

03/10/2023. Extremely RUDE employees today!!! All 3 of them. Then threatened to call mall security on me if I didn’t leave! I am disabled and was with my granddaughter who didn’t understand what was going on!! Will never go back!!! (I complained about the food and dip!)
