I really love the chicken salad plate because the fruit is a surprise depending on when you go! Chicken salad also does not have a lot of add ins which I like but it does have relish. Carrot cake muffin is delicious.

Great food !!! Simple food fresh. I loved my turkey sandwich. So much to choose from. The Brisket Sandwich was moist and delicious. Turkey Club always hits the spot with fresh meat not the processed junk. Service was wonderful. Oliva was so friendly and kind. She was able to answer all my questions and made our vist outstanding!

The food is good and the quality of the food is good. The service is fantastic. The atmosphere is weird. It’s so dark, you have to get your own menus and silverware from an oddly placed table. It needs to be remodeled and brightened up! Very creepy vibe!

Look, I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this has been a repeat experience. The food is great! Love the corn chowder. But several times now, the food takes an insane amount of time to get to you. We’re talking an hour plus. And yall, it’s not complicated food. Today our order was sandwiches/soup, chicken tenders/fries, and a couple scoops of chicken salad. After over an hour with no food, no sign of it/check in by the waitress, and seeing them bring out 20+ to go plates, we left with no food. The only redeeming factor today was that we didn’t have to pay for our drinks.

Their reuben is so good!! Plenty of corned beef and sauerkraut. Very tender.
Had the brisket burger with fries for late lunch. DELICIOUS!!! I was so full I didn't need dinner.

I have always loved to eat at Basketcase. My granddaughter and I went today. We went in got a menu and silverware and picked our table just as the sign indicated. A waitress came to our table after about 5 minutes. She told us that they wouldn’t be able to serve us because someone called to make reservations for a large group in about 15 minutes. She said they already had too many orders to fill in the kitchen. I said “so you’re asking us to leave?” She said yes ma’am thats what they’ve told me. She apologized and I wasn’t upset with her. She didn’t make the decision. This is the worst customer service I’ve seen in a long time. This is not how you do business. I will not be back!!

Seeing how if you're not a regular and you don't tip as often it feels like you're now getting harassed by the service this place is now best I would say just to call and order and pick up not even dining anymore if they're going to literally add a $6 onto your Tennessee last time we were done on your your order without telling you so you're spending twice as much there without them telling you cuz I was just told since I'm not a regular and I don't tip as much then now I'm adding six or more dollars to my order even if it is just two plates and two drinks so you don't want to get ripped off I would suggest just ordering somewhere else or just order to go this place ain't worth done yet anymore

We booked the Basketcase for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. The party room has the industrial look and we loved it. We were able to be there early for decorating. The ladies were great at getting drink orders as soon as our guests staring arriving. We had smaller menu options as we had a big party group and there was something for everyone on that menu. The food was great as well as the service. The ladies helped with everything.
