The ice cream and shakes here are good! But the service is not. Four people working, two of them were rude and acting like we were asking for something super complicated. We asked for three single scoops and two shakes. And they hardly talked to us the whole time. One employee was in the bathroom forever and since they only have one bathroom it made it impossible for anyone else to go.
Ice cream was good.
Service, I would hire better people.
Me and my soon have officially got food poisoning from ICE CREAM he got a kids Cookie Monster cone
And I got a peanut butter chocolate waffle cone “but was given some walnut crap” They refused to fix it and now here we are sick as hell first and last time

Sat at the window for 8 minutes with no interaction. I just went to Dairy Queen and avoided the time waste.
Ordered through their app while sitting in the car. Got confirmation via email that it would be ready in 30 minutes. Waited for 10 as I saw a boy start working... No other customers had been inside so I figured it was mine, went inside and he said he had no order that came through. Showed him the confirmation email. There was no apology. He started to make the sundae with wrong ice cream. Not the best overall experience this evening.

Ordered through the app, received confirmation email, Baskin Robbins charges my card. I drive to the store at the designated pickup time, they claim they never received my order. I show the receipt in app, I get sent away forced to find a customer support line for Baskin Robbins, call line, support representative is confused. They call the store, store says they will contact me again in two days for a refund. I am literally at the store while all this is happening and I just wanted the ice-cream, which I did not get, what I got was the run around and sent away with nothing, my time was wasted. I never even got called back for the refund.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Baskin Robbins. My group arrived at 9:30 pm on Friday, Nov 1st, well before their closing time of 10 pm, only to find the front door locked, with chairs already up on tables. We knocked, and the supervisor on duty came to the door, telling us to use the drive-through. Since we were a large group in multiple cars and wanted to sample and order together, we explained our situation.
Instead of accommodating us, the supervisor responded with a poor attitude, insisting we use the drive-through. It was only after we mentioned contacting management that she reluctantly allowed us inside. However, she continued to display a negative attitude, mentioning that she was only on the clock until 10 pm so she starts cleaning an hour before to get out at 10pm “and not a minute more.” She also said, “You don’t pay my paycheck,” making it clear that she didn’t care about our feedback. If this is the case then change your store hours and close earlier.
The team member with her appeared visibly uncomfortable and even apologized to us for her supervisor’s behavior. I feel bad for employees who have to work in such an environment.
I highly recommend that management review camera footage to understand how early their dining area is being closed and the potential revenue being lost. This experience was unwelcoming and discouraging, especially when we had intended to enjoy a group outing.

Ordered two cappuccino blasts through drive-thru . When we got them they had absolutely no coffee taste what so ever. Took them inside to have it corrected and they asked me how much coffee taste we wanted. I told them I just wanted it how it’s supposed to be made. When i got the drinks back they were like water. Instead of complaining, we just left and decided not to go back anymore. (This wasn’t the first time we’ve received less than satisfactory drinks in the last six months).
