Bird and Bean Mocha (Hot)
The house specialty. A white chocolate mocha with wonderful swirls of caramel drizzled directly onto the drink. The number of shots of espresso that come in a small, regular, and large-sized drink is 1, 2, and 3, respectively. *White chocolate sauce and caramel drizzle contain dairy.
Cappuccino
The classic espresso drink. Consisting of equal parts espresso, steamed milk, and rich, velvety microfoam, this coffee is sure to satisfy. Slightly stronger (in flavour) than a caffe latte due to containing slightly less steamed milk. The number of shots of espresso that come in a small, regular, and large-sized drink is 1, 2, and 3, respectively.
Flavored Latte (Hot)
The classic flavored latte. A perfect blend of espresso, steamed and textured milk, and your choice of syrup. Vanilla is the traditional menu offering, but other flavours are available for substitution or blending.

Brew Bar Coffee
Possibly the best (non-espresso) way to enjoy coffee. Coffee made via pour over or immersion brings out some of its best, most unique qualities. Each brew is crafted by hand, with great attention paid to each detail of the process from grind to the bloom to the final pour. If you love black coffee, this is for you. *Coffees rotate monthly, so are subject to change. **If you're uncertain of which brew method is best for you, we highly recommend selecting the Hario V60 for the most well-rounded, nuanced cup.

Brewed Coffee
Enjoy our medium roast house coffee, Armando's Blend. Rich, full-bodied, and slightly sweet with a nutty finish. *The brewed coffee is normally Armando's Blend, but will change on special occasions, usually based off of promotions or specials. Check the Bird & Bean Coffee House Instagram or Facebook to see if the coffee has changed should Armando's Blend not be your preference.

We are from out of town and wanted to try some coffee shops in downtown Dothan. We originally planned on going elsewhere but they ended up being closed that day. We ended up choosing to go here and we are so glad we did! It was delicious and the service was great! We will definitely be back!

I had such a pleasant experience here. The staff was so kind and the energy was very comforting. I was able to read and write without disturbance. There wasn't any loud music or overcrowding. The tea was brewed perfectly.

A must stop if you’re traveling to downtown Dothan. The goodies are exceptional and so are the folks that operate the shop. Great coffee and tea selection. We love the Bird and Bean! A pup cup was included and we didn’t even ask for it!!
