If I could give 10 stars or more I would. I had the chicken po boy and my wife had a special, which was a fried green tomato and pimento cheese po boy. Absolutely phenomenal. We also had their signature The Blue Moon cocktail, by far the best cocktail I’ve had. Service was also great. Nice, attentive, and very helpful. If you’re in Dothan, Blood Moon Cafe is a must.

We ate at Blue Moon last night while in town visiting family. Everything was excellent-food, drinks, and service! The prices were also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend and I would be back often if I lived in Dothan.

We just ate brunch I had a oyster basket with fries. Ohhhh Myyy was it Very Much Etc Delicious. Also had the Shrimp Poor boy which was out of this world Delicious. The waitress we had was very professional and very helpful. We would Highly Recommend this place to Everyone the food is very much etc Delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant. 😊

I grew up in Dothan in the 90’s and moved away to broaden my horizons as they say. I lived in Atlanta, Birmingham, and Pensacola, and traveled. Business dinners and impromptu meals, with incredible meals to recount for 20+ years. I’ve had incredible meals with never forget atmospheres and experiences, and I never thought that Dothan could compete with those. Well, I was wrong. I moved back here a few years ago and received recommendations for The Cellar, Firestone, Bella’s, etc, which are all great and definitely recommend. But, I want to say this about Blue Moon Cafe…
Great food and friendly staff. We will definitely be back. We had the grouper fingers, sweet potatoes fries and ham and Swiss sandwich. Absolutely amazing !!
