The people that work the morning shift barely listens to your order and is stingy with the sauce even if you pay for the extra sauce you might not get. Then when you try to tell them they get something wrong on your order they look at you like you made the mistake and don't want to fix but the food is good but the costumer service gets a 👎 from me 🤷🏾♀️
Good food and good food and service but the tables and chairs need a good cleaning
Eaten here a dozen times over the last five years when in Dothan. This is one of my favorites because of the food and service. Never any surprises- always get delicious fried chicken with great sides and amazing biscuits.
Try the dirty rice. And get jelly for your biscuits!
Pretty dirty and grimy in here. The food was alright.
The service was okay, but the food came out quick and the employees were pretty helpful.
You could tell they hated their lives and did not want to be there. There was an employee on FaceTime the whole time we were there, and she continued will to FaceTime while helping us.
No food on a Sunday afternoon at 4:30 pm. We had to wait 1 hour for 2 three piece, Mac & Cheese and Dirty Rice. Totally UnSat!!
I’ve eaten at many Bojangles in my lifetime, the first one I ever ate at was in Hialeah Florida of all places, this was way back in 1981-1982. I was hooked and so were my parents. I have eaten food from this location on numerous occasions and have always experienced great quality. I tried the new “Bird Dog” they’re currently advertising and I was pleasantly surprised, it was very delicious. The sauce they use gives the chicken strip a delicious taste and the pickles just bring it up a notch. I recommend you try one too, by the way don’t make the same mistake I made of just buying one, it was that good. Just be careful you don’t get the sauce on your nose like I did it can be embarrassing, shortly after enjoying the Bird Dog I went to the O’Riley’s auto parts on Oats and one of the workers there informed me that I had barbecue sauce on my nose. 😅
Well that’s my two cents on this location.
The food was really good. The workers were also helpful
Doors were locked at 6 pm, team members were walking around inside and taking out trash, no service at drive thru, did not utilize this location.
I would give it a 2.5 star out of 5 l. The wait on food was lengthy and had no idea that the wait was going to be 10 to 15 minutes long. Until after I paid. Food is great. It may just be a location issue

Rude drive thru employee kept on giving attitude with everything I asked. I'm not familiar with the menu and I was the only 1 at the drive thru so I wasn't really taking up any one's time. No wonder this place is always EMPTY!

Well ya'll have made a big mistake getting rid of your southern style chicken....the Cajun is too spicy for some of us and kids. This was the only place we went for chicken but not anymore....will not go back and buy something that I can not eat 😞
