I've been buying the same biscuit for $4.35. Yesterday, the guy says its $5. Sounded weird but prices go up. Went back and bought the same today for $4.35. This guy ripped me off. If he did that all day that money. ANOTHER REASON TO AVOID THIS STORE.

Received a Bojanles birthday biscuit text. Tried to redeem, but Was told they DO NOT honor this,l need to go to another location? Very unfriendly and cold. It's not that big of a deal,but her attitude is was is disappointing.

As most fast food places have went downhill, this Bojangles EXCEEDS expectations. Of course, I love their food, but, customer service is even better! EVERYONE there are wonderful. Today, my compliments to "JayLee" what a sweet man! So helpful & friendly. I wish all places would follow their lead!
The chicken fingers I had were like rubber, probably cooked earlier in the day. This place could stand a good cleaning, especially the mens restroom. My wife received the wrong order, and it had to be corrected.

I love Bojangles on Ross Clark circle even though they're having some kind of staff issue causing them to you have the dining room closed for 2 days last week. They're still one of my favorite place to eat. I give kudos to the two staff members that were running the whole show by themselves one of those days The drive through was flowing ste adily. The food was being prepared in a timely manner and the drive through was steadily moving I give them props and they should be commended for their excellent service.

reminded me of some other chicken place! My family said they were "so good" it was my first time. The breakfast with the blue berry biscuits was popping tho! I tell you one thing, they weren't that good b/c i was there for 3 months doing door dash & not once did i have delivery from them. It's worth a try, at least once ??♀️
