Never got my food. Ordered through Uber Eats. Did a self pickup and waited about 15 mins after arriving. 25 mins from the time I put my order in finally just asked to cancel it. The worst experience in a fast food restaurant in awhile. Sucks bc they have good food. The people weren’t rude either just no sense of urgency and seemed very disorganized.

Something has changed at this location within the past 6-9 months. I use to come to this location every Tuesday and Thursday on my way to work. The biscuits were incredible (I told people the best biscuits!) and service was incredibly fast. I stopped going about 6 months ago. The biscuits changed the service slowed down. I tried it again today. Terrible biscuits and incredibly slow service. 25 minutes for biscuits! I won’t be stopping by here for a long time again.

Went through the drive thru window today to get breakfast and when I got home and opened up my steak biscuit it was burnt. Can't believe someone saw this and thought it would be okay to serve a customer a burnt biscuit and charge them $10 for it. Tried to call location and all I got was a message that a voicemail box was full. Wow! Unbelievable! I took pictures but I dont see option to post it here. If someone from Bojangles wants to reach out to me I can provide. 😕

I personally love bojangles chicken. I am extremely disappointed at the fact that they only have the Cajun style. I have an esophagus condition that I cannot eat anything spicy. As a result I have had to change to my second choice for chicken
