As most fast food places have went downhill, this Bojangles EXCEEDS expectations. Of course, I love their food, but, customer service is even better! EVERYONE there are wonderful. Today, my compliments to "JayLee" what a sweet man! So helpful & friendly. I wish all places would follow their lead!

The chicken fingers I had were like rubber, probably cooked earlier in the day. This place could stand a good cleaning, especially the mens restroom. My wife received the wrong order, and it had to be corrected.

I love Bojangles on Ross Clark circle even though they're having some kind of staff issue causing them to you have the dining room closed for 2 days last week. They're still one of my favorite place to eat. I give kudos to the two staff members that were running the whole show by
