“Five months ago I shared my experience which in the day I give I am disappointed by the way they treat their customers when you ask personally for , that you try to order food and act as if you do not understand oh if you do not want to understand when a person tries to order in English, they are not all but if you could remember their name really put it in my opinion, the food excellent, but the service inside the fast food very bad“

I sat in the drive thru for over 7 minutes while one time the lady inside said they were too busy to wait on me. Mind you there was four cars behind me and eventually they all left, one car left and went to the window to order and was told no. I had to leave because the guy behind me had a trailer and could not get out without me leaving. So I went up to the window, then watched the male manager come over to her register and move around some cash. Then she told me she was taking orders again but could not take my order because I was at the window!! This is terrible BK needs to do better, so I am calling the number on the window of the drive thru and the .com too.“
